The 109-acre farm is in full view from your back door. Many days you may catch some cowboys practicing rodeo events at the arena. A walking trail will be available soon. There is a very good chance you see deer, rabbits, racoons, ducks flying in to roost, along with the horses and cattle. All this, and only 3 miles from town!

We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Welcome to our little yellow house! This home is over 100 years old. It’s a quirky little thing with uneven floors and walls. Most of the house has its original walls and ceilings! It’s been added on to several times. We’ve given it lots of tender loving care to get it back to its beauty! You will love staying in this peaceful setting in our vineyards!
