It is situated in South Devon, within a quarter of a mile to the quaint village of Abbotskerswell which boasts a pub and cafe. Torbay with its beaches is a 15-20 minute drive and Dartmoor can be reached within 30 minutes. The shepherds hut itself has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. It is south facing and situated in a field rich with wildlife and boasts formidable views across the surrounding countryside.

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast.
