Paisible et boisé il est à 90 minutes de Gatineau/Ottawa. Construction 2018 aux allures d’un chalet rustique, il est parfait pour la détente et décrocher du quotidien. Chalet agréable, en aire ouverte, très bien éclairé par les fenêtres. La rive du lac est privée sur la largeur du terrain. Il y une agréable petite terrase adjacente. C'est un petit lac, à l'eau claire et plutôt froide, car elle vient principalement de sources souterraines. Sans embarcations motorisées (à essence). Terrain intime, avec beaucoup d'arbres. Place pour feu de camp. Forêt juste derrière, avec de beaux sentiers. Un sentier de motoneige est tout près.
