Upstairs there are two bedrooms (180cm&120cm wide beds), and a living space with two beds. The house is surrounded by a large courtyard with a sauna (in use from spring to autumn). The house has good connections to the center of Turku by your own car or by bus. Bus stop is 100 m from the house. Two supermarkets are nearby.

Vanhalla ruukkialueella sijaitseva historiallinen 1800- luvun kivitalo, jossa on oma ainutlaatuinen tunnelmansa. Asunto sijaitsee kivitalon toisessa kerroksessa. Kyseinen tila on ennen toiminut mankelihuoneena, josta kohde on saanut nimensä. Asunnossa on tunnelmaa luomassa viistot katot ja alkuperäistä tiiliseinää. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja iso oleskelutila keittiöineen tekee tästä sopivan myös isommallekin seurueelle.

Hyvät ja helpot kulkuyhteydet Turun keskustaan (3-4 km) omalla autolla, bussilla, pyörällä tai kävellen. Raisioon ja Naantaliin pääsee kätevästi myös bussilla. Kauppakeskus Mylly ja Ikea kätevän lähellä.
