Huisjes in Adirondack

Alecia and John were meticulous hosts from the well curated guide book to their responsiveness when we had questions. All made for a wonderful family fourth of july! We look forward to returning.

This was a great getaway! It was the perfect size house for the three of us. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped (especially compared to other places I’ve stayed). Emmy was responsive and available. I wish we could have stayed here longer!

We had a wonderful time at Amanda’s place. We just needed a quick get away to relax and it was perfect! The place is in a great location very quiet, beautiful trails to walk on plenty of restaurants to order from and lots of other things to do very close by and the place was immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Amanda was a great host and responded immediately to any questions and it was also perfect for our dog who loved the fenced in backyard and really enjoyed the walks on the trails. The hot tub and fire pit were a bonus and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. Overall, a great spot to spend time and I would recommend it to anyone who just wants to get away be comfortable and enjoy all that Saratoga has to offer. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Caroline was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to return in the future!

Beautiful cottage to stay at! It had everything we needed and more! Very great area. So many beautiful places to explore. Less than 10 min away from thundering brooks falls. It was such a beautiful waterfall and perfect hiking spot! Ross was very helpful! He went out of his way to give us a bunch of helpful information for our stay. If we are going back to the area we will definitely be staying here!

This is our second time staying at Andrew’s pad. This place is exactly as pictured. It’s quiet, on a dead end road, super secluded and just all around peaceful. Andrew and his co-host were super responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely view of the water, nice place to rest and reset

This little cottage is very comfortable. Its quiet and peaceful, but also provides easy access to local activities. You can just sit around and enjoy all the nature, or you can take a quick drive into town and go to some high quality museums or eat at a number of local restaurants. Its got a fenced in yard for the dogs as well as a bbq and firepit. This was our second stay and we would highly recommend it.

This place is so wonderful! Everything is provided for your comfort. Rayna was great in communicating an issue about one of the toilet is not working and offered a full refund if that would be a problem, which it was not at all. The location is great. Easy access to the lake for swimming or kayaking (kayak/canoe is available for use). It has a nice patio for sitting while enjoying the sunset view. This makes it to the list of favorite places to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay & so did our pups! Great location. So much to do & some gorgeous hikes nearby. Jennifer was a great host! We will definitely be back

What a great stay! Rick and Jenna’s place was better than in the pictures. I can’t even begin to explain how much thought was put into everything, tons and tons of small details that made our stay amazing

We stayed for 4 nights during our mini vacation and found the house to be very comfortable and just what we were looking for. Would stay again in the future.

Lisa saw that I was having a little trouble parking my truck and trailer in the driveway and reached out to me early in the morning to let me know I could park my trailer in driveway next door until Friday afternoon which made it much easier to park my trailer. Lisa gave us great recommendations on where to eat and Hanley’s general store which had a good selection of steaks and prepared foods that you can cook back at the cottage. The cottage was close to VAST trails and smuggler’s notch ski resort. We enjoyed our stay and the view out the sliding door of MT Mansfield. We will definitely be back!!!

Had a wonderful time staying at Kim’s place — cozy, quaint, and did the job for our weekend getaway. It’s clear that she thinks of the little things, and we really felt like we were in someone else’s carefully curated space. A couple things to note: the heat was quite loud (and I’m a light sleeper), so we ended up turning it off at night. Probably less of an issue in the summertime! Similarly, we had the luck of being rained out most of our visit. The lighting in the cabin is a little precarious for those late nights or cloudy days. Lastly, and this may be partially operator error, but the blinds didn’t really offer a ton of privacy and appeared see-through at night. The location itself was peaceful and secluded, but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer that extra privacy.

We had a great time staying at Cassie's. The bnb was lovely and the views were awesome at sunset. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Ogdensberg again!

We had a fantastic stay at in this remote getaway in the Adirondacks. The property was perfect for us and our dog, which plenty of space to explore and a cozy fireplace to come back to. The drive to Lake Placid is easy and scenic, and the host's recommendations for local spots were great. The host was also very personable and even stopped by to drop off cookies. Overall, a perfect retreat!

Cassie was a great host, super responsive and friendly. The house was clean and exactly as described. My family had a great time and enjoyed the view, deck, and fire pit. It was great that Cassie had wood available at the fire pit, which was super helpful. The shared water access was a little busier than we expected the one day, but the view from the deck was beautiful and we still thoroughly enjoyed being there and enjoying some family time. I would certainly stay there again with my family.

Lauren was awesome to work with and we loved our cozy stay at her place. Perfect little getaway! Loved having the grill and outside seating to relax.

Unser Aufenthalt in Kristinas Cottage war genau wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Obwohl das Cottage auf dem Grundstück steht hat man absolute Privatsphäre und kann die urige Hütte genießen. Kristina war zudem sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ!

The house was perfect! Seems to be an all season location. Fantastic access to Hamilton and Colgate. Also great location for discovering restaurants and activities beyond Hamilton. Can’t wait to visit again!

The house was absolutely perfect and was exactly as advertised. Catherine did an amazing job with all the personal touches to the house that made us feel right at home and was super responsive. We would definitely rent her place again. Thank you!!!

Megan’s place was perfect for our trip back to upstate. We left the air bnb wishing we could just live there as it was perfect for our family. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future
