Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και όμορφες στιγμές χαλάρωσης.

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a large private roof terrace with sea view. It can be connected with the studio Elia.

It is an old two-story mansion of the island completely renovated, of traditional architecture, with an inner courtyard, which we converted into four studios. Two in the yard and two upstairs. All rooms have the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable and pleasant, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, TV, air-conditioning, Internet.

The place is ideal for families as well as for couples and mini groups.

The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing.
