Sitio perfecto para relajarte y pasar unos días rodeado de naturaleza y con pueblos bonitos a menos de 15 minutos. Totalmente recomendable para quien busque este tipo de experiencia.

The lodge is right on the lake with greenery surrounding and some tortoises and rabbits running around. The pictures don’t do this place justice. You just have to be there. The place has an antique vibe. You wake up to the beautiful view of the lake and sounds of the birds. You can kayak, swim, feed fish or rent out a boat out into the lake either sundowner or during the day or they organise for you to see other lakes (Green crater lake). The staff are extremely helpful and polite. They give local recommendations, especially as I was travelling alone they made sure I was safe especially in moving around. I want to extend my utmost gratitude to the team. I felt right at home. Thank you so much!! Highly highly recommend. Book it don’t even think about it, it’s one of the best spots on the lake.

Das Ecovillage ist ein kleines Paradies mitten in der Natur in einer der schönsten Gegenden des Libanon. Ein sauberer klarer Fluss mit kleinen Sandstränden-der vor Fischen und Leben nur so wimmelt -sorgt auch an den heißtesten Sommertagen für Abkühlung. Die großen Baumhäuser, manchmal verbunden mit hohen Treppen oder Brücken, sind nicht nur ein Traum für Kinder. Mein siebenjähriger Sohn wollte jedenfalls erstmal vor Begeisterung in Ohnmacht fallen. Das Ecovillage ist der entspannendste Ort den ich nach neun Jahren Reisen in den Libanon gefunden habe. Das Team vor Ort ist sehr nett und hilfreich, es gibt Ausflüge mit Führung und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Das dieses einzigartige Projekt im Libanon überhaupt gegründet und am Leben erhalten wird ist ein kleines Wunder. Wenn man will, kann man dort nicht Gast, sondern ein Teil davon sein. Wer ein Resort mit Animation, lauter Musik und Swimmingpool sucht hat genügend andere Orte zur Auswahl.

Serene and beautiful escape from the city and town. Ideal for just relaxing with a good book and resetting. Lovely nature and birds all around. Walking trial with the river only a couple of meters walk from the cabin. The road is a bit rough and the road works to get to the destination is a bit of a pain. I am sure once the road is fixed it will be an easy and smooth drive though.

Annes pre-trip instructions were detailed and accurate, whilst Rodney was the perfect host. He visited us on arrival at the Log Cabin, where we had an extensive discussion about the history and layout of the property. This was a very friendly place to visit, especially for those wanting peace and quiet in a forest atmosphere. Whilst the Log cabin was rustic in style, it also had everything one needed for a quiet getaway. Everything worked well, right down to matches and dry firewood for the wood-burning stove! What a pleasure!

We were there to film sharks for a documentary. If you like to scuba, totally recommend this as a place to stay. Dive from the Malongane Dive Center. Must have a 4x4. Beautiful view. Great entertainment area, clean and airconed rooms. Would live to come back for a family holiday.

We loved the stay at the cabins. Everything we needed was there. To note that the area is very cold, but lovely fire in the cabin!

Wow this stay absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, Estelle gave us the warmest welcome so friendly and genuine. The space was incredibly peaceful and quiet, exactly what we needed to relax. Every detail was beautifully thought out, and the place was spotless immaculately clean and perfectly organized. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. This experience was everything I hoped for and more. I’ll definitely be back again!

Had a breathtakingly amazing stay at Sabrina’s property. It’s the perfect getaway for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Joburg. The property itself is gorgeous and the nature everywhere absolutely elevated the experience. My partner & I easily rate this place a solid 10/10; I lowkey wanted to gatekeep it cause it’s so stellar however it wouldn’t be fair to others. Sabrina, once again thank you.

Nono hat uns herzlich empfangen und sich stets um alles gekümmert. Die Sauberkeit und Ordnung waren beeindruckend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Das Haus selbst war ein wahres Schmuckstück, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und harmonisch in die Natur integriert. Besonders magisch war die Tierwelt direkt am Haus, die uns oft besuchte. Franz und Germaine waren großartige Gastgeber und haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht! Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden das Jabulani allen unseren Freunden empfehlen.

Cute and fun. Meets the description of a treehouse tent! We were grateful for the heated bed because it was a chilly night.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay. It was great to be able to see local wild animals and be able to walk around, the Treehouse is very well made and even though its small, it has everything you could need - travelling as an indavidual or couple. (suggest you add it to "tiny homes" on Airbnb). Lovely added detail: plants, wood, a visiting chicken, a rescued horse... A great experience all round. Thank you.

I absolutely loved my stay. It was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what I needed for some restful time away. The space had everything I needed, was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the gorgeous views each morning was a real highlight. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Even better than we thought it would be! Must see in person because photos can't do justice to the home. We had an amazing time staying at this beachside home! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and being able to access the beach right from the backyard was wild! And the hotub at sunset!🤌🏾 The house itself was beautifully decorated, with every detail clearly thought out. Our host was so welcoming and even had snacks waiting for us—cheese, crackers, fresh mangos, nuts, ostrich jerky, and candy—such a nice surprise! They helped us carry our bags down the stairs (which are a bit steep but totally worth it for the view!). We felt so relaxed here, especially with the housekeeper who did our laundry and even cleaned our shoes after a hike. We didn’t want to leave and couldn’t be more grateful for such a thoughtful host and an unforgettable stay. Thank you for letting us visit!
