Such a lovely place to stay!! I would give Rossella 10 stars if I could :) The apartment is clean and spacious, even on windy spring days the terrace was a nice place to get some sun. Rossella is such a great host, left cookies and other treats as a welcome package, and even had her own mother bring me to the local train station for my departure! She does a great job making her guests feel at home :)

Het uitzicht is echt prachtig vanuit de leuke tuin. Het is zalig om te bbq'en terwijl je van de zonsondergang geniet. Alles is aanwezig in het huis. De ontvangst is hartelijk en de communicatie met Aurelia en Antonio verlopen vlot ondanks de taalbarriere.

Das Haus von Andrea liegt traumhaft schön am Meer, mit einem direkten Zugang zum Strand. Man hat einen freien Ausblick auf Meer, den Stromboli am Horizont und jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, wie in Italien oft üblich, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Umgebung ist im Oktober schon sehr ruhig, hin und wieder schleicht ein Katze vorbei, man ist komplett ungestört und kann die Ferien genießen. Zum Haus gehört ein Garagenstellplatz, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Eine Bar und ein paar Restaurants sind zu Fuss in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pippo, der Vater von Andrea, kümmert sich sehr liebevoll, um alle Belange vor Ort, sei es eine Frage zur Umgebung, wo man etwas bekommen kann, etwas funktioniert nicht oder auch nur ein Schwätzchen über das Wetter. Er ist stets erreichbar und freut sich helfen zu können. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'appartamento: spazioso, luminoso, molto pulito, curato e tranquillo, e l’ampia terrazza, fornita di tavolo, sedie e tre sdraio. Inoltre, la posizione è assolutamente unica, direttamente sul mare! Il lungomare, il centro con diversi ristoranti e la stazione dei treni sono raggiungibili velocemente a piedi. Inoltre, in pochi minuti d'auto è possibile raggiungere un fornitissimo supermercato. Paola è stata molto gentile, ci ha fatto trovare diversi generi alimentari di prima necessità ed è stata prontissima nel rispondere ad ogni tipo di richiesta. Davvero un soggiorno indimenticabile, grazie!

Die Unterkunft ist schön und gemütlich. Das kleine Haus liegt im grünen. Für Hundebesitzer ideal! Der Privatstrand ist etwas besonderes und wirklich sehr ruhig. Nur die Treppen bzw der Weg ist etwas anstrengend (vor allem zurück). Aber der Aufenthalt am Strand lohnt sich! Antonia ist eine sehr sympathische und liebenswürdige Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch auf dem Grundstück und wir kommen wieder. This apartment has a spacious seaside balcony, with direct access to the beach. The apartment is clean, and the washing machine is a plus. Francesco maintains excellent communication, and is a good man.

ottima posizione a due passi dal mare. Antonello è stato gentilissimo e molto preciso a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie. anche nel momento in cui ci siamo accorti che mancava il telecomando della TV lo ha recuperato in giornata, nonostante fossimo nel week end. la zona non è tra le più battute turisticamente e questo rende la spiaggia decisamente poco affollata. in ogni caso nel giro di mezz'ora si è a Taormina, in un'ora a Catania, sull'Etna o alle gole di Alcantara

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, direkt am Meer mit Fels/steinküste, dadurch hat das Meer immer ein schönes Türkis und das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Parken auf dem eingezäuntem Grundstück und der Pool - der sehr groß ist- macht den Aufenthalt perfekt, auch dass draußen noch Tische zum Essen sind.. und natürlich die Außendusche… TOP Von hieraus kann man viele Orte gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Vermieter auch sehr nett… auch sein 92 jähriger Vater und sein Bruder… sehr herzlich Vielen Dank

Fint og praktisk hus med alt det man trenger! Veldig rent. Herlig stor terrasse med utsikt til havet. Rent og fint basseng like i nærheten. Gåavstand til strand, gratis solsenger og parasoller. Krystallklart vann. Vi fikk rask og god hjelp av Britta og co da AC i stuen ikke virket. Dette stedet kan virkelig anbefales!

Massimo is a very friendly and helpful host, everytime available if there should be any questions. We loved staying at his house on the calabrian countryside with cows, sheep and olivetrees as our neighbours. We would come back anytime without hesitating.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa residenza, tranquillità assoluta. Piscina e giardino sempre puliti e tenuti in ordine. Staff e manutentore sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi imprevisto. Valore aggiunto la spiaggia privata raggiungibile con 400 gradini. Fattibili anche da mia figlia di 3 anni. Ci rivedremo di sicuro!

Ambra and Orazio are extremely welcoming and helpful hosts. The price of the stay is justified by the amazing sea view, the private access to it (a stones and pebbles but comfortable beach, with pristine water) and the vast, beautiful and well equiped ground. The house is relatively large and niceless decorated. It is good to be aware of a few details: barely functioning internet, some noise from the road (it can be an annoyance at night from the bedrooms) and old windows. Overall, it is nevertheless worth recommending.

Il mio soggiorno al residence San Ferdinando è stato semplicemente fantastico! La struttura è moderna e ben curata, con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marino, il nostro host, che si è dimostrato estremamente cortese e disponibile fin dal primo momento. Marino ci ha fornito preziosi consigli sulla zona e sulle attrazioni locali, permettendoci di vivere un’esperienza autentica e indimenticabile. Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie, w świetnej lokalizacji. Okolica jest cicha i spokojna. Z balkonu jest widok na morze a bardzo blisko są sklepy i kawiarnie oraz przystanek autobusowy. Polecamy i pozdrawiamy serdecznie.

Casa da poco ristrutturata, ottimamente accessoriata. Tante le attenzioni, dal trovare in casa vari generi alimentari, prodotti per la cura della persona e per l'uso della cucina, alla disponibilità quotidiana della proprietaria Federica nel soddisfare ogni necessità. La casa è di fronte ad un mare trasparente, in spiaggia si riesce ad avere buoni spazi anche in agosto, il parcheggio in strada è facile da trovare.

Nous avons été reçu merveilleusement bien par Martina et sa maman. Puis tout au long de notre voyage martina a toujours été très réactive au moindre message envoyé et nous a super bien conseillé pour toutes questions que nous avions. Le logement était agréable, pratique, propre et conforme à la discussion. Je recommande vivement !

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Carmela. appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer . toutes les commodités sont à proximités à pied : gare à 5 min. épicerie. supermarché sans oublier Nuccio la pizzeria excellente ! l hote est très agréable et disponible. nous recommandons ce logement et souhaitons une belle réussite à son propriétaire.
