We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Celebrated 2 birthdays with 6 couples (12 people) and loved our stay. Every couple had their own room and bathroom who co was perfect. All the pictures were accurate but seeing everything in person was even better. The concierge Orlando was great in helping us plan chef meals, transportation and booking excursions. We had massages arranged at the house and 5 meals cooked. Everything was very smooth and they were so accommodating. The beds were comfortable. And house was fully stocked with anything we needed. It’s about 10 mins from main Tulum beach strip and about 40 mins to Tulum airport. Check-in and checkout was easy and they were flexible with us which we so appreciated as everyone arrived and departed at different times. We did have minor issue with neighbors playing loud music early morning a couple of the days, but no reflection on our hosts. They did handle quickly which was great. Would definitely book again!

Our extended family of ten stayed very comfortably in this lovely house. We enjoyed the space, the comfortable furniture, great snorkeling, and a lovely meal made by Jerry and Isabella. The house was as pictured, we found it peaceful, safe, and private. We loved sitting on the beach, and found the kitchen well supplied.

Rosa a été super et très proactive. Elle a réglé les petites pépins instantanés. La maison possède tout ce qu’on a besoin. Seul petit hic est que le chemin n’est pas encore construit alors c’est très bumpy pour y accéder. Étant donné qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de soleil dans la cour, la piscine était très froide et les enfants se sont très peu baigné. Cependant, la cour est splendide, le bbq au charbon super, les chambres et la cuisine parfaite. Rosa nous avais aussi laissé de petites attentions à notre arrivé (beurre de peanut, confiture, craquelin). C’était très apprécié. Nous reviendrons n’importe quand

Muy buena casa para un grupo grande, todas las estancias eran lo suficientemente grandes para no sentirse apretados. Tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. La anfitriona siempre estuvo atenta a cualquier cosa. Seguro la tomaremos en cuenta para cuando regrese a Playa del Carmen

Spent a week at Casa Nuestra with our whole family! It was perfect for 6 adults, each couple having their own full bathroom! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed appliances. The backyard private pool was perfect after a day of exploring the island. We felt safe and welcomed in the community. The Osborne Family Alberta CANADA

Excelente ubicación, buena comunicación por parte del anfitrión, Edson y su papá estuvieron pendiente de nuestra llegada. La casa estaba ordenada y limpia cuando llegamos, la alberca está limpia. Es una buena opción para hospedarse en Playa del Carmen.

Nuestro host Jorge siempre estuvo al pdte de todo, cuando necesitamos ayuda, rápido dio solución! Si regresara al Playa del Carmen no dudaría en hospedarme de nuevo aquí

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying here a few nights and we LOVED it. Ana was very kind and able to accommodate us last minute. The place is exactly like that photos and all the restaurants were walking distance. We will definitely book here again when we decide to come back. The area was very quiet with a warm swimming pool. The apartment was spacious and clean. We honestly loved everything about this place. ❤️

Greatest host ever! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. Phenomenal communication, extremely helpful, and Karla went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This is our favorite Airbnb on the island.

El alojamiento se encontraba en un barrio tranquilo pero a la vez bien ubicado para ir caminando a la 5ta. Tuvimos una grata estadía! La habitación era tal cual estaba descripta en las fotos. La cocina estaba equipada. Llegamos y había café y agua en la heladera. Lesley respondió rápidamente cuando tuvimos un problema para ingresar (nos habíamos equivocado de puerta) siempre estuvo muy atento. Muy buen precio-calidad. Recomendable sin lugar a dudas.

El lugar muy cómodo y limpio, la ubicación es excelente, tiene una playa muy bonita. La alberca está muy bonita con una vista hermosa del mar. Amplio estacionamiento. Todo estuvo increible

This is a great little place to enjoy your time in Cozumel. Just outside the city in a quiet area but easy to get everywhere. I rented the scooter and do glad I did instead of a car or taxis. Alan the manager was super responsive and I arranged pickup from him at the dock which was super helpful to find the place and we even made a stop on the way. My goal was scuba diving at the local marina and this place was perfect! For my first trip to Cozumel, I wouldn’t have done anything different. Thank you!!

Easy 5 stars - the place itself was perfect for a family of 4. There is a spacious master bedroom with separate bathroom and private balcony and a nice 2nd bedroom with separate bath that can be set up as a king or 2 single beds. Huge, well appointed kitchen, dining room, and living space and a beautiful balcony with a comfy sitting area that was perfect for an evening drink while watching the sunset. Place was super clean and there was housekeeping service one day. Valerie is an excellent host. I did not have the pleasure of meeting her in person but communications were very pleasant, quick, clear and informative. What else? There is a huge tiled swimming pool for when you need a break from the ocean and a few good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Overall, we loved Valerie's place at Palmar and would 100% stay there again on our next trip to Cozumel.

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

À beautiful condo, felt like home. Had a hot water situation but it got fixed right away. Would love to stay here again, and will definitely recommend. Great location, beautiful place :) thanks again for everything

Excelente servicio, tuvimos un problema con la segunda chapa pero no hubo tema en repararla y de ahí todo bien, teníamos todo a la mano, la lavadora excelente que era un plus y el AC buenísimo, volvería aquí sin dudarlo

todo fue muy sencillo y el lugar es privilegiado. si te molesta el ruido en la noche puede ser molesto.pero la verdad para eso queri estar muy cerca de la zona turística y la vida nocturna para poder caminar sin problemas por la noche.el lugar muy tranquilo y bonito. solo haría sugerencia de sellar la regadera de la recamara principal por que se pasa el agua.excelente lugar
