We were a group of friends looking to have a quiet 50th birthday celebration. This property had everything...pristine pool, a game room with ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and fusbol...a barbecue area...a mini football pitch...and ample seating courtyard. The 3 ensuite bedrooms were spacious and spotless. The owner was friendly and very responsive to our needs. Jalal, the caretaker was a great help as well. We will definitely be using this property again. Thank you Alzaeem!

the house is located in a beautiful landscape, very quiet and peaceful.On entering the property you feel immediately comfortable and at home.The house is generous and friendly and comfortably built with a good equipment.The outdoor area and beautiful pool invite you to relax. It is not far from Muscat Airport.The homeowner was very friendly, helpful and responded and acted quickly.The housekeeper also provided a great service and did everything quickly and well.We were so comfortable in Abdullah's house that we will be back on our next visit to Muscat.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è spaziosa e curata e per noi è stato un ottimo campo base per esplorare i fantastici monti di Jabel Akhdar. Il proprietario ed il guardiano sono stati sempre disponibili ed hanno garantito pulizie regolari, riscontri rapidi e molta cortesia. Torneremmo senza alcuna esitazione.

notre séjour chez ghassan était parfait ghassan est sympathique et très réactif nous avons passé un très bon moment avec nos enfants. Nous avons pu profiter des 2 très belles piscines. le logement est agreable et conforme au descriptif le gardien Muhammed est très serviable et à l écoute. nous reviendrons avec plaisir

It was a wonderful stay, the host is so kind, cooperative and i felt that i was talking to a friend. Privacy at the place and swimming pool were so nice, the place is well kept and even the guard was so nice and gave us our privacy. Swimming pool is of good size. For the barbecue, I didn’t use, but all things set and ready to be used. The place is quite and really nice.

Locuința este minunată și excelentă pentru relaxare . Este la 50 minute cu mașina fata de Muscat.

Villa conforme à la description, très bien située et idéal pour un séjour agréable. L’hôte est très disponible et réactif, ce qui facilite l’organisation. La villa est spacieuse, propre et moderne, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Our stay at Hamed’s place was very pleasant. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The stylish decor made it feel very welcoming. Communication with Hamed was smooth, and the accommodation matched the description and photos. However, there are a few things to consider: The floor is very slippery, so we had to be extra careful, especially with our baby. The location is a bit far from the city, and there are no restaurants nearby, but we had chosen this quiet setting for our last days. Also, cleaning was included, but this was not communicated in advance, so we didn’t know at first and would have appreciated prior notice. Despite these minor points, we had a great stay, and the price-performance ratio was fair. We can definitely recommend this place!
