A perfect townhome for your Gainesville stay. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 6 (two king beds and a queen deluxe air mattress). The townhouse is centrally located in Gainesville and very close to a Publix grocery store, Butler Plaza restaurants and stores, and also close to UF. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and the living room, dining room, kitchen and washer/ dryer are on the first floor. Guests have access to the community pool as well.

I never book anyone the night before or after your stay so check-in as early as you’d like and check-out as late as you like. The washer and dryer is right in the unit along with a full bath and kitchen with brand new appliances. There is a coffee and ice cream shop right downstairs so mornings and evenings are a breeze (as well as Gainesville’s best Jamaican food!).

Direct TV with LCD flat screens in each room, WiFi is available. Living room has plenty of natural light, laminate floors through out home, contemporary style with neutral colors. My Brussels Griffon is mentioned for people who may have allergies to dogs. He does not shed and he will NOT be on premises during your booking of the entire home.
