Northwood Estate, 15min from UF

Our home is located in a very quiet family friendly neighborhood. We have no neighbors behind our home. The yard is roughly a quarter acre. The house itself is about 2,000sqft. Please be mindful of the homes age, it is almost 50 years old. Despite the multitude of upgrades there are still some small quirks such as: The AC takes a second to kick on, please be patient and lower the temperature just a few degrees at a time for the best results. The water takes a second to be hot and our hot water heater isn’t huge so if the water begins to get cold after 3-4 people shower just give it a minute to refill and heat up. Please make sure to close both sliding glass doors completely before attempting to insert the pin, it needs to be able to line up properly. The master bathroom toilets handle gets stuck down at times, please make sure after using the restroom that it is in the upright position. Finally please do not try to break into our linen closet etc. if you need anything reach out and we will be more than happy to help.

100% Private everything! Your entrance w/code, bedroom, parking, bath bathroom, & ADA WIDE ramp! Roll luggage in! Qn bed, QUIET, Cold Central Air. Fanimation fan/light w/remote. FAST WIFI, Clean, white cotton sheets & towels. Keurig & French Press w/coffee pods. RO water filled Brita, oatmeal brkfst. Walk to dining, shops, spas. 7 min. to Gainesville via Hwy 441 . The Springs are 17 min. Our famous porches on Norman Rockwell-ish Main St. are beautiful and we are convenient to Hwy 75 yet quiet!

Sit back and relax at this peaceful space. Pet-friendly and located in the quaint Duckpond community just a mile walk from downtown Gainesville. Tom Petty Park is down the street & includes a dog park, picnic tables, playground, volleyball net, & tennis courts. UF football stadium 2.5 miles from house. Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Cozy 3 B/R home nestled amid historic live oaks

Crazy Oaks Cottage is off the beaten path, yet a few minutes drive to all Gainesville offers. The house is on an acre, nestled in the woods. Across the road is a beautiful horse farm, maintained by UF. We are close to hospitals and UF campus. Our area is known for a variety of bird species! With very little traffic on the road, it's perfect for our guests with dogs. Morning views are misty and peaceful, and you may glimpse the deer that frequent our yard. Come home to Serenola Hammock!

Cozy Camper Stay

Experience camper life in a quiet neighborhood 20 minutes from the heart of Gainesville! Staying in a camper is a unique adventure! Before reserving, please note: Shower and bunk beds CANNOT accommodate folks taller than 5'8". Camper does not have a TV or Wifi. Toilet is connected to a holding tank rather than traditional plumbing. If the valve is held open longer than necessary when flushing, odors from the tank can escape into the RV. There are steps getting in and out of the camper.
