400 square foot space located minutes from University Florida Campus,and Downtown Gainesville. Easy access to/from I-75 on Southside of Town via Williston Rd. Minutes from Archer Road and Celebration Pointe. This Bonus Room above the garage is completely separate from the main house. Access is provided through the garage with ample parking available. Great location for attending Gator Sports: Football, Basketball, baseball, etc. Enjoy the wildlife at Sweetwater Wetlands across the street!

Take a swim in the pool or sit back and relax with a cup of coffee & watch the sand hill cranes. Great fishing in Orange lake bring your boat. Boat ramp and slips less than a mile away. Great for a relaxing get-away to unwind for a short stay or extended stays. Please note the pool is closed from Nov-April.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. While being only 15 miles from the nightlife of downtown Gainesville, this is country living at it best. With no street lights the stars are bright and easily counted. The mornings are bright and full of the music of bird songs. The cute 2 bedroom apartment (one double bed, two single beds) is on the SECOND FLOOR. It is easy to get lost in the whisper of the trees. This is a place to rest your soul and unwind.

This Downtown Studio has just been remodeled and is located on a very private and tranquil property situated in the heart of Gainesville. Half a mile from UF Campus and 1.5 miles to Shands Hospital / VA. Within a few blocks are many of Gainesville's favorite restaurants, coffee shops, museums and nightlife. Facilities available are: Amazon Fire TV with access to Netflix and Prime TV; high speed internet; induction cook-top, coffee press, microwave and a fridge.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.

Cute, detached, studio-style guest house with private entrance. It is quiet and peaceful, but only minutes from the University of Florida, parks, and restaurants. Kitchen w/refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee-maker, and dining area perfect for enjoying breakfast before exploring. Comfortable Queen-sized bed for a goodnight's sleep.
