It’s next to two popular event venues: Winthrop Barn Theater and The Regent. A great spot if you're attending events there. It's 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa.

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Pets only on preapproval and payment of a $50 pet cleaning fee.
