Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

Privacidad, inmensa Villa, tenis, piscina..

Ven a disfrutar de nuestra maravillosa Villa, donde encontrarás grandes espacios de ensueño. Un jardín inmenso rodeado de grandes arboles, una piscina muy original de más de 100 m2, una pista de tenis, diferentes zonas de terraza con sofa, hamacas, ping-pong, altavoces en la terraza y piscina... Dos salones, uno con una TV una de 86" y otro de 65". Tendréis una estancia perfecta, podréis disfrutar de un entorno único, con total privacidad y con todos los lujos.

El interior cuenta con un estilo fresco y contemporáneo siguiendo el estilo mediterráneo característico de la isla. Se trata de una parcela de 850m2 situada en primera línea de mar y a 50m de la playa, con acceso directo a la misma.
