Open the windows to humming birds and the sound of ocean waves. The new forced air and fireplace offers both convient heat and ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen includes Caraway pans, Chemex with fresh coffee, a tea station and handmade ceramic tableware. Wamusetta Turkish towels, toiletries, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the main house which sits above. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Let yourself unwind in the gorgeous coastal lands of Mendocino as you're tucked away in a spacious loft apartment made for relaxation. We’ve designed a large studio space with fluffy linens, handmade textiles, and natural touches to delight you. Walking distance to the beach, sunset views, a restaurant and store--it's a perfectly-situated restful nook on the coast. If you love a clawfoot tub, this place is for you (there is a comically-short shower intended only as a backup).

Pacific Gem - Jewel of the Bluff

Pacific Gem overlooks the ocean. Two bedroom 2-bath home just a few miles from the quaint town of Mendocino. You will see whales, birds, and incredible sunsets. There is also a separate cottage that can be rented separately or with the house. Found under Albion, CA. "Quaint Ocean Cottage". The 11% county tax is included in the nightly rates. A separate owner Rental Agreement is required. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00

La Puerta del Mar

A masterful combination of disappearing glass and vast ocean expanse that blurs the line between indoor living and the outdoor terrace. Perched high above the confluence of the Navarro River and the Pacific Ocean sits La Puerta del Mar- 3 bedrooms (all king-size beds), 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, gas grill, 1800+ square feet, high-speed internet access, sauna and hot tub. Fireplaces are decorative only due to insurance restrictions.
