Privésuites in Alentejo

This was one of the loveliest places we have stayed on. The peace of the location with stunning views of the mountains and only the sound of the birds to disturb the peace. It is an animal lovers haven with Joanne's three friendly dogs coming on walks with us and welcoming us home in the evening. While the road is rough we managed fine with a cheap Fiat Panda hire car, just watch out for Google maps taken you on impossible roads. We took the train to Lisbon (an accessible station only 25 minutes drive away). We had a day at stunning beach but most of all we enjoyed relaxing at this beautiful place. Joanne was one of the best and most helpful hosts in every way. We hope to be back! Ruth and Dave

Heerlijk verblijf. Toen heel Portugal zonder stroom zat hadden wij stroom, internet en een zwembad. Marie Louisa stond altijd klaar, ook toen mijn dochter tandarts nodig had.

For a week-end early April it was really nice to stay in the studio , with a very friendly cat for company, in the middle of the beautiful Alentejo country side surrounded the place , and a spectacular view specially early morning watching the sun rises, it was something very special to live. I will never forget .

No podemos más que hablar bien de Claudia y de su alojamiento. Tranquilo, cómodo, con un patio trasero espectacular y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días increíbles. Tuvimos una abetos en el coche y se ha portado con nosotros de manera magnífica. Solo podemos darle las gracias y recomendar el alojamiento y la zona a todo el mundo. Muchas gracias Claudia.

Rui und seine Frau haben einen schönen Ort der Ruhe erschaffen in der Nähe von tollen Stränden und Restaurants. Beide waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns Tipps gegeben. Wir werden sicher wider einen Urlaub bei ihnen verbringen

We loved our stay here! Carole and Stuart are lovely, and the garden and view are out of this world! This is the perfect spot to stay while you explore Sintra. It’s a short walk into the heart of everything, but very quiet. All the details were well thought out, the beds comfy and the deep soaker tub divine. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorámos a nossa estadia na Little Suite. o espaço é pequeno e aconhegante. ficámos duas semanas. somos um casal que adora cozinhar e, a melhor parte, foi explorar o pátio para cozinhar e para longas refeições e conversas. Fomos muito poucas vezes ao restaurante, precisamente porque valorizámos mais o nosso pátio the cozinha exterior. o maior desafio foi o frigorífico, pois não tem congelador para o gelo. Rapidamente resolvemos essa questão, comprando gelo no supermecado perto da fármácia. Conseguimos conservar o gelo 2 dias antes que descongelasse por completo no frigorífico. levámos poucas roupas mas o suficiente para a experiência relaxada e prática da aldeia. a casa fica no coração da comporta. não usámos o carro para nada. a praia ficava a 15 min a pé. estamos com muita vontade de regressar. o senhor João é muito disponível, bem disposto e cuidadoso com os seus hospedes. Obrigada por tudo. Voltaremos**

Highly recommended!🫶👍 Our first arrival day was in the midnight, Birgit and her two dogs gave us a warm welcome in front of the gate. Birgit was so nice and gave us some brief introduction to the room. In the morning of the second day, Birgit showed us around the garden and offered us two books about the local hiking trails, beaches and what to do around. The garden was very pretty, surrounded by green and beautiful trees and plants. The swimming pool was clean. She also provided us with a list of all the restaurants recommended. My boyfriend and I went to two of them, super nice and the prices was very reasonable. If you don’t know what to eat, just follow the recommendation😋. Nothing to complain and everything is just the same as the description. The location of the Villa is on the mountain, which makes the environment safe, natural, pretty and private. Highly recommended to rent a car, but if not, Bolt can easily take you everywhere as well.

Pedro hat uns vorweg die Anreise genau beschrieben und war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Er hatte auch sehr gute Tipps. Zur Anreise haben wir frische Orangen aus dem eigenen Garten bekommen, die wir auch 2 Tage nach dem Besuch noch genießen. vielen Dank dafür! In der Unterkunft gibt es einen Herd und eine Aircondition / Heater. Es gibt ein Doppelstockbett unten und ein Doppelbett oben. Wir haben im Doppelbett geschlafen. Vielleicht ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass man nicht aufrecht sitzen kann wenn man oben ist. Es ist auch etwas hellhörig aber wir hatten Oropax dabei und haben gut geschlafen. Danke nochmal Pedro !

Everything was as described and Joana was very friendly, thank you! Check-in was uncomplicated and the room was clean etc. :) We recommend the Airbnb!

Beautiful place! Loved being surrounded by nature. The nearby river is the perfect place to relax with loved ones or to meditate.

Virginie hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Das Appartement hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön.

Das Häuschen war super süß und das Gelände wunderschön grün und verwunschen. Samatha hat uns sehr geholfen und unterstützt und das 3 Gänge-Menü,das sie gekocht hat, war suuper lecker!!! Danke für alles!

excellent rapports avec hui et Nick qui nous ont accueillit d'une très bonne façon avec des douceurs et de manière conviviale. ils ont été de très bons conseils quant aux choses alentoures a visiter (plages, restaurants,etc). toujours soucieux de notre bien être tout au long du séjour. accueil parfait nous espérons revenir leur rendre visite au Portugal. xoxo 🩵 Matthieu & Candice (France)

it's a nice and cute place. Only for 2 people I would say. Josefina is very attentive and responds to questions immediately.

We hadden een paar geweldige dagen in de oude molen van Salir. Een prachtige en goedverzorgde plek met mooie bloemen en veel buitenruimte. De gastsuite blijft koel op warme dagen en heeft airconditioning. Adelmo en Rui zijn fantastische en enthousiaste gastheren. We werden verwelkomd met een rondleiding. Er stond vers fruit en eieren vsn eigen terrein voor ons klaar en koude drankjes in de koelkast. Ze gaven ons tips voor activiteiten in de omgeving en goede restaurants. Onze dochter mocht helpen met het voeren van de dieren. We maakten een mooie (berg)wandeling bij Rocha da Pena en vonden verkoeling in een natuurbad in het mooie plaatsje Alte. Het strand van Quarteira ligt op 25 minuten rijden. Als het zwembad gerepareerd is verdient deze oase 6 sterren, dank jullie wel we hebben ervan genoten!

The apartment had everything we needed, and within a five-minute drive we enjoyed beachside cafe and pizza place, along with a small local grocery store. The pool was lovely to return to, after day visits to Ericeira and Sintra. Johanna and Ronny were excellent hosts. Would highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at Ana & Joana's place. The Vila is really well taking care of. The outdoor spaces are really beautiful and pleasant with plenty of space to chill and enjoy by the pool. The apartment was pretty spacious and well equiped. It would have been good to know beforehand that the tourist tax, shower gel / shampoo, washing machine were not included in the price. Overall our stay was good!

A quaint little appt about six minutes walk away from the main marina area. The appt was very clean and also very well equipped with everything you would need if you chose to cook (hob only). Washing machine also available. Bathroom also well equipped with great shower. Would certainly book again.

O Sr. Andreas foi muito simpático e proativo durante a nossa estadia. A casa encontrava se limpa e constava com tudo o que foi apresentado. O host teve a grande gentileza de disponibilizar uma segunda cama, o que melhorou muito a nossa experiência. Bairro muito calmo e silencioso durante a noite.

Le logement un dans un endroit calme, un peu en retrait du centre historique. Mais une balade à pied de 15 mn vous permettra de vous y rendre. La piscine est bien agréable… et le logement coquet. Manuel et Gloria sont aux petits soins….tout en discrétion !

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious, located in a peaceful, green area, which made it a perfect place to relax. Anne-Marie and her husband are very friendly and accommodating hosts. The only constructive criticism we have is that the apartment was quite dusty overall, with many cobwebs. However, it was not dirty or unclean—both the kitchen and bathroom were reasonably clean.

Wir sind mit unserem Sohn hier in den Urlaub gestartet, superschöne Unterkunft mit privatem Pool. Wir wurden so herzlich und persönlich begrüßt. Auf Nachfrage wurden uns alle Wünsche erfüllt, wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, und kommen gern wieder.
