Cozy 1850s Windmill with City and River Sunset Views

Climb the curving staircase in a historic windmill to admire sunsets from a vantage point like no other. The interior has been updated to provide modern comforts, but there are plenty of quirky original details to make this a unique romantic getaway. Enjoy a delicious breakfast from a tree house with views to the city and river (optional — €20 for 2 people). For little ones', or the grown-ups', fun we do have an small swimming pool during spring and summer. Here you'll find a great getaway from the city buzz, but only 10min away by walking to the ferry that takes you to Lisbon. 5 min walking distance to the Fluvial station of Porto Brandão from which a 10min boat trip will take you directly to Belém. The Windmill was totally refurbished but kept the original feel, with practically no alterations to the original structure preserving all stones, windows and iron pieces as initially found when the property was purchased. This accommodation offers the unique experience of sleeping on a building with more than 150 years of history, originally used for grinding flour to be sent to feed the inhabitants of Lisboa. In the kitchen on the ground floor you’ll find 5 millstones that will bring you closer to this past time. This cozy Windmill is equipped with a very comfortable bed for well-rested nights and a lounge area that provides a great spot to chill at sunset, enjoy a glass of wine or even to have a meal, but that can also accommodate 2 additional people on a double mattress. Adding to the character and comfort found in this Windmill you'll find stunning views from here. You’ll be able to see several sights along the river such as the 25 de Abril bridge, MAAT, Museu da Electricidade, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and as far as the Sintra’s Palácio da Pena goes. Depending on the time of the year you will also be presented with blossoming trees, be able to pick fruits directly from them, or even enjoy a meal on top of an olive tree treehouse. Ideal for slow-paced tourism, nature lovers, romantic escapes, or family trips this accommodation offers plenty of opportunities due to its characteristics, vicinity to cosmopolitan Lisboa and a bunch of interesting sites. The windmill is on the south bank of the Tejo River, just across from Belém. It's in the quiet of the countryside, and is just 10 minutes from Lisbon by ferry boat and many beaches by car. 5 min walking distance to the Fluvial station of Porto Brandão from which a 10min boat trip will take you directly to Lisbon (Belém). From Belém to city center there are plenty trains (10min). Please check the time schedule for the ferrys at Transtejo website. Connection between Belem and Porto Brandão. A taxi/uber drive from Lisbon city center to the windmill usually it's about 20eur.

BEACH HOUSE • Oasis • 50m to Dream Beach

Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

Venha desfrutar de uns dias tranquilos no campo e perto da praia. A Casita da Piscina é um refúgio rústico, numa zona sossegada, próxima da paisagem maravilhosa da Costa Vicentina e entre as praias do Cabo Sardão e Zambujeira do Mar. A Casita tem um quarto pequeno com WC e duche e uma sala com um sofá com kitchenette totalmente equipada. No exterior existe uma área privada com barbecue, uma piscina(partilhada). Ontsnap aan de drukte van alledag en geniet van onze eco-vriendelijke hut, gebouwd van hout en kurk. Het hele jaar door comfortabel en is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Het houten terras is een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen, een boek te lezen of 's avonds te genieten van de prachtige sterrenhemel. Gelegen op ons landgoed o-vale-da-mudança, kijk je uit op een dal. Na een dag vol ontdekkingen kun je heerlijk afkoelen in het gedeelde zwembad met cabana.

Cascais Amazing Pool House With Shared Plunge Pool

The Pool House is located on my plot on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.

MOBA vida - Eco Tiny House in cork oak forest

Genießt die Ruhe der Natur, den traumhaften Ausblick und die Gelassenheit für die der Alentejo so bekannt ist. MOBA ist eine nachhaltige Ferienunterkunft mitten in der Natur und trotzdem in Laufnähe des sehr ursprünglichen kleinen Dorfes São Luís - gleichzeitig sind es nur 15 km zu den herrlichen Stränden der Costa Vicentina. Es gibt einen Pool und Ihr bekommt jeden Morgen einen Frühstückskorb, damit ihr den Tag entspannt starten könnt.

This refuge is in the middle of a large forest of cork oaks, with more than 30 hectares, with many paths for pleasant walks, watching many varieties of birds, several places to practice Yoga, or simply contemplating the cork oak forest or the horizon. Here you will certainly be happy during your stay !!! If you want a long stay and need to work, I can provide an internet router.
