Come to relax with the whole family in the newly renovated apartment with an ocean view. This 1st floor apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood "Pera de Baixo" and accessible through a separate entrance. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Casa na Colina: The Long House

Casa na Colina has 2 houses on a stunning south facing ridge on the edge of The Serra do Caldeirao overlooking the village of Alportel in the historic countryside of the Algarve. Each house can accommodate 2 people and the price is for 2 people in one house. They share the pool. We are surrounded by natural landscape full of beautiful old Vineyards, Olive groves and ancient Cork Oak woods. This is what we fell in love with when we first arrived in Portugal in 2019 and bought Casa na Colina.

T0 Azul - Casa da Avó Alzira

O apartamento foi remodelado em 2022, e como pode ver no mapa, fica situado no centro da vila numa zona sossegada, a +-200 metros da praia, muito perto do mercado, supermercado e perto dos parques de estacionamento... Fica muito perto da paragem de autocarros e de transporte público. Você vai adorar o meu espaço por estar situado numa zona sossegada mas perto de tudo o que necessita para umas boas férias. Meu espaço é o ideal para um casal, casal com uma criança ou uma só pessoa.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
