Debbie's place was really good, it had everything we needed and more. she was always responsive. the beds were cosy, bathrooms were clean and amenities were more than we required. thank you Debbie.

Man wohnt quasi mitten in der Natur und der Blick über den Wald ist wundervoll. Hier wurde ein kleines Refugium geschaffen mit all den selbstgefertigten Holz- und Handwerksarbeiten. Respekt! Wir haben die Natur und das Haus sehr genossen. Der Weg zum Haus ist tatsächlich etwas steiler und die Warnung nur leichtes Gepäck mitzunehmen sollte ernst genommen werden, da es keinen Lastenaufzug für schwere Koffer gibt.

Our family of four (including a preschool and primary school aged children) had a lovely stay. The home was perfect for a long weekend, with the town a walking distance away, the hot pools just down the road (2 min drive), and a playground nearby. It was well setup, clean, warm and had a nice new bathroom. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wow I don't even know where to begin. Lou and Dion were so warm and welcomed us into their house (which is situated on the farm). The highlight of our stay was the farm tour. Highly recommended for BOTH kids and adults. It's a separate fee of 250nzd at our time of stay and it was well worth it. Dion took us up to his farm up on his 4WD and we went up the mountains where the views are unparalleled and we could get up close and personal with the cows, sheeps, and his sheepdog as well. He shared personal experiences as well as interesting facts about the farm. This beats and commercial stay or visit to a farm. Lou was also very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. We met with a situation where our car was in a ditch and Lou was so kind to send her nephews Isaac and Hamish to help tow us out of the situation. My family is extremely grateful for their help and hospitality. If you're visiting lake tekapo or any of the surroundings, just stay here already!

Snowgrass Hut is a slice of paradise. Amazing views, peace and serenity abound. The outdoor bath is an absolute winner. We cannot wait to be back! Kate and her team were amazing hosts.
