Great space right in the heart of Saugatuck. Walk anywhere you need to go in town. Fully fenced in yard and private parking. Stroll to the restaurants, bars , shopping and all that Saugatuck has to offer. Oval beach as been named one of the best beaches in Michigan and is only a 5 min drive. Or, walk to the chain ferry and hike down to the beach. Explore Holland, just a 10 min drive north. Several wineries just outside of the city. Our home was built in remembrance of a family barn that sat on this location generations ago. It has natural barn wood and art works integrated throughout the house.
