Absolutely amazing place to stay! The view through the window was stunning, especially sunrise. It was breaking... The location is perfect if you are looking for a calm and peaceful place to come back after the busy day out and about. The caravan was very clean and had everything we needed (the milk in the fridge was a very nice treat for us, thank you). We had a great time there. Highly recommend.

This place is a jewel on the Airbnb site and perfect in every way. It has everything done to the highest speck you could ask for. The host could do no more for you. The bed was so comfortable that we slept for hours and hours. It had everything we needed and a bonus of being offered warm scones too❤️

had a lovely chilled weekend with my partner, the cabin was beautiful, cosy and clean, it was lovely to see the deer from our cabin. The bathroom just a very short walk away from the cabin was very clean, shower was hot and powerful 👌 we took advantage of the boat ride on their lake, that was fun. Ruth was very helpful, lovely host, lovely place ... will return 🥰

Hingabarn was amazing! So cozy, peaceful and relaxing. Our 4 nights went so quick, but we loved every minute of being there. We had an adventure everyday and couldn't wait to spend the afternoon/evening back at the barn. Thank you both Paul and Barbara, for being great hosts.

A great little cabin with lovely grounds to explore. The cabin was big enough for 2 adults, 2 infants and a dog. Although the weather was typical of October in Britain, my two toddlers loved getting their wellies and puddlesuits on and exploring the area. Portaloo, mini shop and showers located a few steps from the cabin and all worked well. Lots of water in large bottles available near the firewood. Network is spotty, but generally available when outside the cabin. Cabin was easily kept warm with a fire, firewood and fire lighters were available for purchase at the place. Parents with small children need to keep a very close eye as there are many ponds and a stream that runsa through the property, but the beauty of the area is well worth the extra vigilance. Overall very happy with the stay, will consider again in the future. Thanks!

We had a lovely weekend away here. It was extremely peaceful with a great view of the cows and babies in the field. The hut had everything we needed and the fresh milk and biscuits were a lovely touch! We'd definitely stay again, thank you Claire.

Had a lovely Easter break, the accommodation was amazing and spotless. The effort that has gone into these pods are second to none, spotless and clean. Everything you would ever need was provided. The bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. Such beautiful surroundings and the hot tub is perfect for 2 people to unwind and spend quality time together. I can’t wait to come back. Just 20 minutes from Windermere so perfect for a lovely day out.

We want to say a huge thank you to Kevin, the property is beautiful, it’s immaculate, spacious, well laid out and the views from the property are incredible, what a great outdoor space to wake up to and sit outside with a filtered coffee and then to sit out at night with glass of fizz and girly chats … we had the best weekend for my friends 50th in a brilliant property, location and host ☺️ thank you very very much

Perfect place if you want some peace and quiet while being surrounded by nature. The hut is very cosy and the surroundings just breath taking. I only saw Nicola for brief moment, but she was very welcoming and kind.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Farmhouse Lodge - everything we could have wanted was in the Lodge for us to use and Angela made everything very easy for us in terms of checking in and out. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Jo's garden pod was ideal for us, our 5 year old loved the outdoor space and had the run of the garden. The accommodation has everything you need, comfy beds, well stocked mini kitchen and a lovely fire pit outside. We had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend break, would definitely visit again.

We stayed here over the weekend for an event in Dumfries over the weekend, but the Airbnb was so good that we would love to visit again sometime and spend more time there to really make the most of it. We loved hearing all the animals in the surrounding fields when we were outside by the fire pit. The cabin itself was very tidy and well laid out, and the hosts were friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful location- and such a comfortable and well stocked cabin. I wish we could have stayed for longer - but now we have a possible stopover on the way the next time!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend getaway for her birthday and she loved it! Linden from the get go was a lovely host. She welcomed us to the property and talked us through the place and how to light the hot tub, she was extremely welcoming and very kind. She was also very responsive and assured us to message if we needed anything. The place itself had everything you’d need and we felt right at home. Tesco is a 2 minute drive away and theres some lovely pubs, beaches and towns nearby. The welcome pack also gives some routes and places to go nearby! The hot tub does take a while to heat up and it took us a minute to get the hang of but once you do its lovely. The horses in the field next to us were very friendly and it was just a very peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you!

Excellent service from Laura and Nick, The cabin was clean, cosy and warm. The wildlife there is beautiful and because there's little light pollution me and my partner saw the Lyrid meteor shower. We couldn't recommend enough and would definitely book again in the future.

We loved our stay here, so peaceful and quiet. The shepherds hut is so cosy and has all you need for a fantastic getaway. Beautiful place to wake up in and hear the birds and watch sun rise and set around the lake. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, a very special place x
