The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

Wonderful location with wonderful views of the hills. We were so comfortable at this residence which immediately felt at home. The staff Surajji and Chandan and Chef were so hospitable. The food was right to our taste and they went out of their way to ensure all our needs are met. The interior of this residence left nothing to desire. Really didn’t want to leave this place but instead felt like extending our stay there. I recommend this property anytime.

Had an amazing stay at the Apartment by Roamhome in Naukuchiatal! The place is perfect for a getaway with friends – spacious, clean, and surrounded by serene nature. One of the highlights of our trip was the barbecue setup – we spent the evening grilling, laughing, and enjoying the cool mountain air. It really made the whole experience feel personal and fun. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Khurpatal and it was an unforgettable experience for me and my parents . This place is perfect for those who want peace and calm. Property is amazing, with every possible amenities. Kitchen was well-equipped. Cozy living space. Lovely outdoor area, with beautiful flowers. View is breathtaking, area is secure, you can walk outside the condo and enjoy the serene landscape. Overall it’s perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Hosts were amazing, gave me all the necessary information and were available for any requests. Wifi is not available, however mobile network works fine. Not many restaurants around, however it’s just 20 mins drive to Nainital. It was a memorable stay, would love to return soon. Highly recommended.
