Αυτός ο παραθαλάσσιος ξενώνας βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την όμορφη παραλία της Φυρής Άμμου και είναι ένα στολίδι με ανοιχτή θέα στη θάλασσα και το νότιο άκρο της Πελοποννήσου. Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Μπορεί έτσι κάποιος να αισθανθεί αποτραβηγμένος στην φύση βρισκόμενος συγχρόνως πολύ κοντά σε ένα ζωντανό χωριό.

The house, made of stone, was built in 2004. Its architecture blends harmoniously local characteristics with modern features, while is surrounded by garden planted with all kinds of local aromatic herbs. The imposing mulberry with its thick shadow offers visitors relaxing mornings and noon. Beautiful wooden garden furniture, is there for the guests to enjoy breakfast, coffee, lunch or dinner with friends and family.

Μοναδικής αισθητικής χώρος 40 τ.μ. στον πρώτο όροφο ενός πέτρινου κτιρίου του 1830 με ύψος 5 μ. , γεμάτος φως και θέα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό και τον Κάβο Μαλέα. Τα Αρωνιάδικα είναι ένας από τους τέσσερις παραδοσιακούς οικισμούς του νησιού , σε ιδανικό σημείο ώστε οι επισκέπτες να χρειάζεται να διανύσουν ίσες αποστάσεις τόσο προς το βόρειο όσο και το νότιο τμήμα του νησιού.
