Innenstadt und Hafen sind mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind nicht auf dem Grundstück, aber direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos und zeitlich unbegrenzt auf dem Rondell verfügbar. The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.

Welcome to my unique and stylish city oasis perfectly located in between the hip districts of Sternschanze and Eimsbüttel. The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

Hier gibt es alles was man braucht, um einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Hamburg zu verleben. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Optimal ist eine Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen + 1 - 2 Kindern. Das zweite Bett ist ein Etagenbett. Unten hat es 1,20m x 2,00 und oben 0,90 x 2,00 m. Der obere Teil ist für Kinder von 6-12 Jahren geeignet.
