We spent the most blissful Holi weekend with Ganesh and his parents. The sprawling 4BHK surrounded by greenery had my heart right from the word 'go'. Ganesh was extremely helpful in arranging for pickup, asking if I wanted dinner the night I was reaching or checking if I was comfortable. Ganesh's mom was the sweetest. Tai would flash us the warmest, brightest smile every morning before asking if we wanted tea. She also gave us homemade puranpoli on the occasion of Holi. The location is peaceful with Bhandarpule beach within walking distance. We also took an auto to visit the nearby temples, the Pracheen Konkan museum and Jaigad Fort. Anil kaka and his wife made the yummiest Konkani food for us at an extremely reasonable cost. Anil was also sweet enough to buy us Kokum or Mosambi juice whenever we went out with him. Ganesh gave us a beautiful gift hamper with cute little tasters of all things Konkan - juices, sweets, pickles, papads and what not. I can't wait to be back with my mother!

And finally, after a long road trip I arrived. And I entered the palm Garden where my Cottage was. And I put off my shoes and went to the beach. And I was alone at this endless beach. And I run into the ocean. And I reloaded myself with the healthy water, the sun and the calm. And I will come back for sure. And oh yes, the dinner was delicious.

A perfect place to stay with family and friends especially if you have a kid with you. The property has all the essential things needed for your stay. Our stay was so amazing felt like we are staying in our own house. The rooms were very clean and neat. Kitchen has all the basic utensils required to prepare our own food. The place is at very centralised location accessible to all the daily needs store. One plus point is the host Madhuri Tai. She is very much cooperative and always available on one call whenever you need any help. Thank you Tai for all your support. Overall we had a wonderful stay in "Muktangan". Love to visit again.

Staying at Aaradhya's Airbnb was a wonderful experience. The place felt just like home, with all the essentials needed for a family stay, including drinking water. Its location is highly convenient, with easy accessibility and several shops within close reach. This is a great place to relax and have a nice quite vacation. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained and in a very peaceful location. Shailesh kaka, the owner is an amazing host. Always available for you and will provide you solutions for everything. He arranged for an escort (Shinde kaka) to come with us to the fish market at the jetty to help us select fish. Shinde kaka then prepared the fish for us also. It was absolutely delicious. Shailesh kaka also guided us with tips of what to see around Ratnagiri. In all we had a great stay. Pros: - peaceful and clean property - all amenities in working conditions - amazing hosts Cons: - Property is a bit far from Ratnagiri and Ganpatipule - food can be improved

Whether you’re planning to explore Ganpatipule (just 15 minutes by car), relax at nearby beaches like Malgund (5 minutes) and Aare-Vaare (30 minutes), take a scenic coastal drive, or simply unwind in peace—this is the perfect base. The house is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of by the host, from tasteful decor to high-quality linens and towels. You truly feel at home the moment you step in. The highlight for us was the expansive open terrace offering breathtaking 360° views. Watching the sunrise over the jungle and the sunset melt into the sea was simply magical. The terrace is also well-equipped with a party speaker for music and good vibes. A perfect blend of nature, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality—I’d absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for memorable getaway!
