Chris’s place was an amazing condo that truly felt like we were at home. The area is beautiful and safe and secure. The beach is stunning and ocean water is clear and warm. The condo gives you access to the beach club and spa which were all fantastic and the condo is well stocked for eating in. I recommend a golf cart to get around … easier than walking in the heat!!! Chris was a wonderful host … quick to respond to all my questions and provided some great tips and connected me with someone to arrange rentals and excursions … I would highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing stay in Playa Conchal ….Pura Vida Chris and thank you for sharing your home with us !!!

Great view look just like pictures, great beach view, the host responds but very slowly I would stay here again the guard helped me when I smashed my toe with first aid some of the front desk people are very rude didn’t want me to use the phone and gave weird stares other than that it was fine pool is very clean. You do have to buy your own toilet paper after you run out he’s a good host and it was very clean

The condo was wonderful! It was quiet, peaceful, extremely clean and overall the best place when you want to get away and have a peace of mind. They have good stores to shop at and good restaurants to eat at in the surrounding area. It was just a wonderful experience for me to be there and I will definitely be returning!

I had a month long stay to relax, clear my mind and Irina's place was just what the doctor ordered. Amazing views and quiet, which makes it easy to hear the waves. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy to walk to things or short drives. Kids loved the pool and the yachts/boats passing by on the canal. Wonderful spot, slightly off the beaten path. Highly recommend

Loved the location! It was great to be able to spend Easter weekend with our family in a comfortable and roomy place. The place was absolutely spotless!

Staying at the condo was absolutely amazing. The front door opened up to a beautiful beach view, which made every morning feel like a breath of fresh air. But the real highlight was the balcony — it overlooked a beautiful lake, and every evening we got to watch a mesmerizing water show right from our spot. Location was great! The condo itself was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for the start of a great vacation. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and scenery, and I’d definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect location, Ocean View, not crowdy, cozy unit, you are getting all you need to stay - coffee maker, toaster, pans, etc. Very clean. Balcony with chairs and table. You can also get beach chairs and umbrella. Like, what else you may need if you have ocean view :) Recommended! p.s. Keep in mind - location under construction and building amenities like gym or indoor pool are not available but host let you know before booking so please check carefully.

We loved this place! We have stayed at Patricia Grand several times, but this condo really had it all. We liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area. We were in town to compete in a weightlifting competition, so the full kitchen was great. Loved that there's a mini dishwasher too. Our senior chihuahuas also seemed to enjoy the place. You can't hear any outside noise once you're in the unit. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious and quiet nestled in the heart of Midtown. Hosts were incredibly responsive and hospitable. Great for 2-3 if you’re looking for a combination of historic, local feeling but want the coziness of something updated.

Great decor with so many thoughtful touches to make the place feel cozy and comfortable. Stocked with coffee, water cooler to keep you hydrated and very comfortable beds! I loved the location too. Easy access to Wolf creek, in a quiet residential area and out of the main tourist hub - right in the middle of both access to down town restaurants and City Market supermarket.

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Centrally located and easily walkable! It was very clean and we loved that we could bring our dog with us. Only downside is the construction happening right outside.

This was our second stay at Browne’s Condominiums, which offers an excellent location—conveniently situated near a small shopping center and within walking distance of a grocery store (1.4 km) and the beautiful Carlisle Bay (3.4 km) renowned as one of the top beaches in the world. If walking is not your thing, buses, vans and taxis are plentiful to get you to your destination. Toby’s place provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for small families or couples. We encountered a minor issue with a piece of furniture, but it was addressed promptly and effectively. Given its increasing popularity, I found it fully booked for 2026, which speaks to its appeal. I highly recommend considering this condo for your stay, you will not be disappointed. We look forward to returning!

Great location, easy access to main roads and freeway. Condo was very nice, plenty of room and the balcony was delightful in the evenings.

We’ve stayed at multiple condos in the Park Ave complex & this one is another wonderful place! The location to the pool was very close & we enjoyed being able to sit outside on the screened porch, which had a wonderful view of the swimming pool. This condo had many extra toys for our little ones to play with & pool floats too. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. There was even a great ice maker as well. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We appreciated the extra box fan & TV’s for each bedroom also. Overall we enjoyed staying in building 300 for our long spring vacation & we definitely recommend other’s to stay in this 3 BR/2 Bath too!

Laura tiene un espacio muy lindo, bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, lugares de entretenimiento, entre otros. Viajé con mi familia completa y algunos días tuve que cocinar pero no hubo inconvenientes, el espacio tenía los utensilios necesarios. La comunicación fue excelente, definitivamente recomiendo éste espacio.
