Our cabin will accommodate 2 people based upon septic system and rules and regulations set by Bedford County . Our cabin is not kid friendly (infant-10 y). Please message us with any questions. Enjoy the sunrise over a horse pasture, the sounds of nature, and the brightest stars in Virginia. Our Non-Functioning Family Farm is on the side of a mountain with fresh spring water. On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc. A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

Guesthouse for ADULTS ONLY/ NO kids/pets located in Lovingston, VA. There are wineries, breweries, and distilleries. We have the Wintergreen Ski Resort. The Music Festival in October. Crabtree Falls and Humpback Rock for hiking. In Nelson Co., the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyland Drive began. Nearby is UVa's Rotunda, Monticello, Appomattox, DC, Schuyler (the Waltons). Nelson hosts peach and apple festivals each year. The beautiful foliage to be seen in the fall and winter snowy mountains.

There are several convenience stores close by, but the closest grocery store is an 18 minute drive. Situated on 26 acres, there is more than a mile of marked trails available to walk as you wish.

A gas grill and fire ring are provided. You will have Wifi, Roku TV screens, puzzles, card games, and corn hole. The Blue Ridge Parkway is nearby. This cabin is 15 min from the AT at mile marker 809.1.
