Guesthouse for ADULTS ONLY and located in Lovingston, VA. There are wineries, breweries, and distilleries. We have the Wintergreen Ski Resort. The Lockn' Festival each August. Crabtree Falls and Humpback Rock for hiking. In Nelson Co., the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyland Drive began. Nearby we have UVa's Rotunda, Montecillo, Appomattox, DC, Schuyler (the Waltons). Nelson hosts peach and apple festivals each year. The beautiful foliage to be seen in the fall and the snowy mountains in the winter.

Grab a cold beverage from the full kitchen, and walk out to the stunning views overlooking the James River from the private terrace before retreating to the cozy king bedroom or queen murphy bed. We are walking distance to the top music venues, restaurants, bars, shops and trails. You are also only a few minutes drive to local colleges and hospitals. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Close to Glen Maury Park, SVU and Lexington Va. close to Horse a center and Safari Park. Home has nice cover front porch and deck in back. One bedroom with a queen bed and tv mounted on wall. Living room with 43 inch Roku tv with a full size sleeper sofa. 2 nd bedroom with a full bed. Bathroom has a stand up shower only.
