This was our second stay at Shawn's property in Wilmington, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, and we had a wonderful time. During our stay, we experienced a snowstorm, but Shawn was proactive in ensuring the entrance was cleared promptly, allowing us to come and go without any issues. His attention to detail and commitment to making our stay enjoyable truly stood out. We greatly appreciate his hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

My daughter and I were seeking a basecamp to explore nearby colleges but also had one day where we needed to connect to our computers for work. We slept well, had peaceful morning walks in the neighborhood, took advantage of the sunshine on the lovely deck, and enjoyed making meals in the kitchen that had more than all the essentials.

Wonderful, conscientious hosts, great space - very comfortable, well furnished and fun, and great location to downtown.

Deborah’s apt was just what I needed - quiet, private, safe, easy access, close to campus. Beautiful view into the woods and all amenities were as described. Great communication and Deborah even left some orange juice, eggs, fresh bread, and jam in the fridge!

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfy apartment in downtown Brattleboro. It was close to restaurants and lots of interesting shops. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible place! Tons of room, bathrooms for each bedroom was a big hit. Amazing location. Views were magnificent after 8 inches of snow and some freezing rain. Perfect excuse to not leave the house and enjoy the peaceful serenity over a nice margarita. Fall views must be totally awesome. Don’t need to bring anything except you, your friends and some food. The home has everything you need, all set and ready to go, and I mean everything you’ll need. The house manager Teri was an absolute peach. Her connection to the house and knowledge of the local history was amazing. 5 STARS doesn’t do this place justice. Already planning a return visit.

I had a wonderful stay while visiting Brattleboro for work. The house is just lovely and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. I’m hoping to stay again in the future when working in the area.

Great spot! Stayed at Eric's place for a weekend with a group of college students (8) looking to hit the reset button and had plenty of space. It was spotless and comfortable, and we had no trouble finding what we needed. The virtual guide is also super helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was extremely clean! There were basic necessities provided. It also had a cute, fashionable interior design. The shower and bedrooms were nice. We liked the layout of this property. Our only issue was that either the heater in the master bedroom wasn't working, or we couldn't figure out how to use it.

We spent 2 nights at Edson’s house for a little getaway. Unfortunately, one of our kids fell sick, so we couldn’t explore the area very well. However, the house and the backyard gave us a good time with just being there. There is a little play area outside with swings for our 3y old and we could do a nice walk around the lake. Edson is very responsive and everything was as described. Can recommend.

Clean and comfortable. Great host who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable and at home. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. This place has everything that I look for in an AirBnB stay. We hosted a get together for a dozen family members who live in the area. They were the reason for our trip. People gathered in small groups in the kitchen, living room, dining room and TV room. Plenty of room. It was like having company in my own home.

My friend and I had a lovely two-night stay at Julie's place. The house is the perfect retreat—peaceful, cozy, and beautifully located. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the wood-burning stove and long, leisurely breakfasts on the porch while listening to the river. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality pillows and bedding—we both slept so well! I would definitely love to come back someday with my husband to enjoy the peace and quiet, as well as everything else the Berkshires has to offer. Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

This is that one-of-a-kind place. Nestled in the woods, unusually designed and arranged house that makes for a unique experience. Plus, Joseph is a most interesting and engaging host. We're so glad we found it.

Everything I needed for my work trip👍👍👍 Clean and cozy stay

My daughter stayed at Eric’s house during her college visit. She liked the house as it’s located right next to Smith College and surrounded by restaurants and nice shops. And more importantly she had very good sleep after a long day travel from California.

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !

Ashley has a great place!! It was a fantastic place to visit with my friends and reminisce. Weirdly, this rental turns out to be the place my great grandparents lived and did business as my grandma grew up. I did not have any ghostly contact with my relatives in the apartment (I was kind of hoping and not hoping to see them 😂), but I still had such a meaningful time sitting in the spaces they did so many years ago. Ashley is an excellent host and I will come here again next time I “come home”. 😊

I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.

We loved staying for the weekend at Katie’s place. We walked to great restaurants and Mass MOCA museum. So cozy and relaxing all around!

Place was exactly as listed. Clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive. Having the driveway was great too! Close to everything downtown We will stay again
