Welcome to our charming family house, situated in a historic part of Amsterdam, just a stone's throw away from the bustling city center and the trendy "The Pijp" area with many bars and restaurants. Situated next to the Amstel river and the Oosterpark, this location offers the best of both worlds - a peaceful residential neighborhood with easy access to all the excitement Amsterdam has to offer. The highlight of our property is undoubtedly the just renovated roof terrace with whole day sun.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Ons huis is bijzonder geschikt voor gezinnen, zakelijke gasten en andere gasten die met elkaar reizen en op zoek zijn naar rust, ruimte en comfort. Wij accepteren geen groepen met een gemiddelde leeftijd onder de 35 jaar. Let op: maximaal gasten 4, inclusief baby’s. Ons huis beschikt over 4 slaapkamers, 2,5 badkamers en een ruime open leefruimte met keuken, eetgedeelte en zithoek, met openslaande deuren naar de tuin.

Met een royale tuin van 30 meter diep en een eigen privésteiger biedt deze unieke locatie het perfecte samenspel van rust, natuur, waterrecreatie en uitstekende bereikbaarheid. In deze zeer ruime eengezinswoning van 140m2 ben je van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is ruim opgezet en je kan er lekker tot rust komen, in de tuin, de serre of lekker languit op de bank. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De loft heeft een kingsize bed en ensuite badkamer, de andere slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping horen bij de andere badkamer. Op loopafstand de supermarkt (1min) en de zwemsteiger (1min) en restaurants op de NDSM (15 min). In de straat kan je parkeren (betaald).

Geniet van ons fijne huis met een mooie tuin. We wonen in een rustige wijk, met vriendelijke buren. De bushalte is net om de hoek, waarmee je rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam kunt reizen. Het is overigens ook slechts 10 minuten rijden naar Amsterdam, dus je bent er zo! Ideaal natuurlijk als je op zoek bent naar een fijne plek om te relaxen na een heerlijke dag in Amsterdam te hebben rondgelopen. Ons huis is enkel geschikt voor families, voor mensen uit het bedrijfsleven of voor stellen.

Museumsquare House 200m2 + garden!

You will definitely enjoy our large beautiful 19th-century house with original ornaments and design interior on the ground and first floor (200 m2) with a large garden in a quiet street. Very near to Museum Square, with all main museums like the Rijksmuseum and van Gogh Museum (2 min. walk). Also, the famous 'Pijp' area with its bars and restaurants and the Albert Cuyp market is within walking distance (5 min.). Our house is suitable for families with children or a 3-4 adults.

Fully furnished apartment on the Prinsengracht

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

There are two living areas, one equipped with a cinema projector, the garden was recently upgraded but we haven't taken pictures of that yet
