Great location and close to everything: beaches downtown, amphitheater, outlets, etc. Very private lot at the end of a dead end street. We felt very safe and secure with the privacy fence and the security cameras located around the outside of the property. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Spacious deck and fire pit (wood included!) were a great spots to hang out. There was something for everyone! Plenty of games for inside and outside use and the fenced in front yard was great for our furry four-legged family members to run around and play ball. James was an amazing host. Communications were great and he Very responsive in answering questions This place was perfect for our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again!

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

Home was as described and shown in pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Not only was this weekend a special celebratory weekend but you were a major pillar in making this weekend memorable for a lifetime!! We had a terrific week staying as a family in this place. 6 adults and an infant, everybody had plenty of space and privacy but was also able to comfortably hangout in the living areas. The beach is amazing and the large table and grill in the backyard were perfect for enjoying family meals. We really appreciated how responsive you were to our needs. Great communication when we had a little trouble with the Airbnb App itself, and the early check-in and late check-out ended up being handled easily. Thanks again!

Dmytro's place was perfect for us. Beautiful home and yard. Perfect location for anyone with easy access to St Augustine, Jacksonville and I-95. Dmytro was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house in front of the beach. Instructions to get to the house were very clear and helpful, as well as instructions to leave the house. We had a great time and would come back!

Jen's place was a dream! very comfortable and clean. The decor was to die for, I am going to totally he using the wallpaper in the living room. The backyard was perfect. The only hiccup we had was the code for the front door wasn't working but Jen was quick to respond

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

We loved the location of this place! Far enough from the traffic and hustle of downtown, but only a 10 minute drive or uber. We loved how close it was to the beach and even used the bikes to ride up to the lighthouse. Would recommend!

This was our first time using Airbnb and these hosts made it a wonderful first time. Very friendly, loved the dog and cat that visited us, and house was very comfortable. We would definitely book with them again!

The rental was perfect for my family of 5. It was pet friendly which was why we looked at it originally but decided to leave the pup home. Room enough to sleep 2 adults and 1 child, 1 tween and 1 teenager. Internet worked well. Loved having a washer and dryer! We were able to check in a couple hours earlier which was awesome! Carley was very responsive and a great host!

Wonderful place to stay! The unit is comfortable, bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen/bathroom are updated. Probably our favorite place to stay in St. Augustine, and we’ve stayed in several! One of the key pad locks had to be reprogrammed to let us in but that was done very quickly! Will probably book again!

John and Kelley’s place was easy to find and in a great location with plenty of walkable restaurants. We were in town for the MS walk which was at the Lighthouse down the street. It is also a nice walk to Historic downtown St Augustine and it was nice not have to search for parking. They were very flexible and were able to accommodate an early check in. Their place is very quiet, quaint, and a very comfortable bed. We won’t hesitate to book another stay! Hopefully to catch a concert at the Amphitheater which is also a short distance. Through the honeysuckle, heart shaped gate was a magical world! Peaceful yet so close to everything the old city had to offer. Very safe. Host was just attentive enough. It made for a most pleasant stay in St. Augustine. We hope to visit again. Beautiful spot!

Very nice place! Overlooking the pool and view of inlet from room. Emmily was great! Very responsive! Would definitely stay here again!
