Nice six bedroom house located next to University Lakes and right on the trail system with Chester creek salmon in the fall, both universities and both hospitals within easy walking distance on the beautiful trail. Two living rooms with TV's. New gas fireplace and wood fireplace downstairs. Very large parking, will accommodate large groups. No parties please New large front load washer and dryer. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.
