Het bestaat uit een gezellige woonkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken met een vaatwasser, een slaapkamer (met een queensize bed) en een badkamer en is daarom geschikt voor 2 personen. Extra voorzieningen zijn Wi-Fi, airconditioning, een open haard, satelliettelevisie, een babybedje en een kinderstoel.

La villa a été construite en 1960 et totalement rénovée en 2017. Nous avons gardé a l'extérieur le style des sixties et méditerranéen. La maison est équipée de toutes les commoditées modernes. Elle a une vue sur la mer imprenable. Elle a la mer juste en bas ou l'on peut se baigner et se trouve a 150 mètres de la plage. Elle est située dans une rue piétonne. Le gouvernement Balear exige une taxe touristique. de 2€50 par jour et par personne, collectée en espèces par le propriétaire..

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
