The penthouse is a solarium where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Port d'Andratx while sunbathing in hammocks. Oben im Dorf, in einer kleinen Enklave von Fußgängerzonen in der Altstadt von Andratx, befindet sich dieses mehr als 300 Jahre alte Haus (das als eines der ältesten in Andratx gilt). Es ist es sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß vom Dorfplatz entfernt. Viele der ursprünglichen Merkmale wurden beibehalten, was dem Haus einen rustikalen Charme verleiht, jedoch mit modernen Einrichtungsgegenständen.
