We had the most wonderful stay here. When we arrived the hosts were so welcoming, offering their wealth of local knowledge and showing us around. They always ensured the hot tub was warm and ready for us when we wanted it and an extra bonus was the complimentary wine, home sourced eggs and milk as well on arrival :)

A beautiful place to stay that was very comfortable for our stay (2 adults, 2 children and a dog). Located a short drive from Barmouth town and beach, it is ideally located out of the way and within a very peaceful setting. The private garden is very well maintained and looks out to sea that shows beautiful sunsets. The shepherds hut was spacious enough for our stay and had everything that we needed. Thank you Hayley and Gareth. We had a lovely weekend.

A wonderful stay. The caravan attracted us as somewhere different to enjoy family time together. It did not disappoint. A quaint peaceful break with easy access to the glorious Welsh countryside. The private area around the caravan was lovely and we enjoyed a barbecue and chilling time in the covered area. Highly recommended

Menna was great, always happy to heat the hot tub up for us! The little sleeping pods were comfortable with a really nice bed! And the location was brilliant, not too far from Snowdon which has the most amazing view! We had a fantastic time.

We had a wonderful stay at this glamping site nestled between Llandudno and Betws-y-Coed—such a peaceful and scenic spot, perfect for a relaxing break in North Wales. Rachel, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially as we arrived later than expected after a long journey. She kindly allowed us to check in late, and to our delight, the wood-fired hot tub at our Shepherd’s Hut was already heated and ready for us—just what we needed to unwind. The Shepherd’s Hut itself was lovely—cozy, clean, and full of charm, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding countryside was beautiful, and we loved waking up to the views and birdsong. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with thoughtful touches and a warm welcome. Thank you, Rachel—we’ll definitely be back!

I’ve just got back from a lovely weekend away with my boyfriend and daughter for my boyfriends birthday , our cabin was so beautiful and was just perfect for the 3 of us , rachael and alan i think his name is was so helpful and accomodated everything that we needed , the breakfast we got there was also amazing , we deffo will be going back and i really recommend to anyone who’s looking to stay somewhere , it’s also dog friendly , we didn’t take a dog but seen other people had theirs which was really lovely to see , thankyou again .

We had an amazing stay here! Everything was spotless, including the bathroom. The hut was lovely and warm, with everything you need. The area was beautiful, with donkeys, horses and the lovely farm dog who came to visit us a few times. We felt very safe staying here. We were only a couple minutes drive from Conwy but it was also an easy 20 minute walk into the town. As well, it was a great location for hiking/ walking. With some beautiful trails only a 30 minute drive away. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you😊

What can we say about this place. A hidden gem that excels in every way from the hosts, to the location, the hut itself, the hot tub, the ponies and goats, the view, the tranquility, the onsight chapel … we could go on and on. There is nothing we didn’t like about this place and never been so sad to leave somewhere. Rebecca and Dave were amazing hosts. We had so much privacy and tranquillity. We walked to the Ty Coch inn and it was stunning in every way. We will definitely be returning at some point. Thank you so much 💕💕

Perfect location for a short break away in a relaxing setting but within close distance to the beaches on Anglesey. Everything we needed was available in the hut with a lovely welcome basket on arrival. The hut was absolutely amazing and Maggie is a fantastic host, couldn't do enough for us.

Where to begin! A heavenly stay from start to finish. Stunning location, beautiful hut - clearly designed and built with love and attention to every detail. Mark and Jonathan could not have been more kind and welcoming. Sitting and watching the sunset from Elen has to go down as one of my happiest, most memorable moments. Loved the firepit and cosy wood burner. Didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back - absolutely perfect in every way. Thank you Mark and Jonathan for being so lovely. See you soon x

The shepherd’s hut was perfect! Had everything we needed, the toilet and shower was only a short walk away. The views were incredible! Watching the sunset over the sheep field was lovely. The dogs loved it too, with lots of space for them outside (the sheep field is next to the hut though so for any reactive dogs a long line would be recommended). We absolutely loved our stay! Medwyn was super helpful with anything we needed and gave us some lovely recommendations on places to visit, and Winnie the Labrador was great company for our dogs!

Gorgeous place to stay and relax. The cabin was in a tranquil location in the grounds next to the pond. Dafydd and Dawn were very friendly and always at hand with useful information and brought a lovely breakfast hamper and fresh coffee each morning.

It was an absolutely fantastic three night stay in the Shepherds Hut. Abbey and her family were so welcoming and friendly. Lots of amazing animals on the property and beautiful scenery. Abbey was very helpful in recommendations and to respond to any queries. The lodge itself had everything that we needed and was very toasty after putting the fire on of an evening. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Stayed here for 2 nights, and was the perfect R&R spot. Bonnie and Llyr's place is in a stunning location, with a beautiful view over the bay, and so conveniently located for the National Parks and the nearby AONBs.

Thank you to Dee and Peter for such a magical, memorable stay that will remain one of our most treasured travel experiences for many years to come. Everything about Jessica Hut is perfect for a true, unadulterated dose of nature and relaxation. The hut is super cosy with a comfy bed, and the out-building with toilet and kitchen has all you need. The privacy and peace that comes with this destination is second to none. If it's a down to earth, friendly, private, comfortable, rural escape you are after, look no further. you have to love outside living, which we do, it's so cute and quirky, lovely Friendly reception of penny when we arrived, beautiful views, fresh flowers and home baked cake awaited us on the table, lovely cob loaf too, so many little things we didn't need to bring as we're all there on the lovely Welsh dresser, amazing break something different, dogs happy too 😊

A very special and just a truly lovely stay as my top lines (did help we had the most BEAUTIFUL weather)! The little things made such a difference, everything was so well thought of, calmly sustainable and the attention to detail was amazing. From having fresh welshcakes and eggs on arrival to the amazing communication (leading to a beautiful fresh loaf later on) and fast response throughout the stay, just made the stay a very five star experience that i couldn't fault. I would recommend to anyone debating it - book this stay.... but leave some weekends free, as we have recommended to all our our friends and family!

Very happy with the stay, all the necessities were already there which meant less stuff we needed to bring. Showers and toilets were nice and clean. I wish we could stay longer. Everything was well explained in the emails and guides. Beautiful surroundings and over all great spot.

Had a wonderful stay. The shepherd hut was beautiful and so well designed to make the most out of the space and facilities. Gaynor was a brilliant host and was quick to respond to any queries we had. After three days in Judy’s cabin, we didn’t want to leave. It was like a little slice of heaven in the rolling Welsh hills. I booked this cabin as a surprise for my partners birthday, and we loved it. We lit the outdoor fire pit every night! Judy was there as we arrived and waved as we left. She was such an attentive host. The cabin was beautiful. It felt just like home. The cabin is the perfect distance from the sea, mountains and forest. The perfect escape for anyone wanting to climb Yr Wyddfa or experience Zip World. And the beautiful villages/towns like Portmeirion, Beddgelert and Betws Y Coed are all under an hours drive away. I visited here on a solo trip with my sister's dog for company. It was a truly restful, peaceful and calming experience. Eleri left me wine, crisps, chocolate and dog treats which was so lovely. Even though i was alone i felt very safe knowing the farm was nearby. The place was spotless and so homely and comfortable. So many beautiful spots for walking, beaches, mountains and amenities are all within 10-15 mins drive. I'll definitely visit again soon. Diolch yn fawr. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🤍❤️💚
