This 270 square foot tiny house is very comfortable, and although it is similar to a studio, it is set up with a full size kitchen and bathroom, as well as a full size bed on the main floor, so you can feel at home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed!"

Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

The MaeBunny Shack is a perfect base camp for couples and solo travelers adventuring in SouthWest Colorado. You are minutes from The Colorado Trail and 2.5 miles to downtown Durango. The property backs up to a large trail network that is home to exceptional hiking, biking, bouldering and more. The MaeBunny offers rustic charm in a natural setting. Riverhouse Sunshine Cottage

Sunshine Cottage is close to Downtown (about 2.2 miles) with lots of family-friendly activities. The Animas River / Oxbow Nature Preserve across the street, nightlife, public transport, the airport. This is a completely private cottage with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, (one main level, two downstairs) queen bed in Master, one king and two twins downstairs, and a queen pull out sofa in living room. The living room has direct TV. TheTV in Master bedroom is for streaming only.

Yun-Shui Garden Where Clouds Drift, Water Flows

This cozy, remodeled cabin is a romantic retreat just 10 minutes from Durango, surrounded by a water-filled farm. Great for couples, it offers tranquility and scenic beauty. Nearby (5 miles) are the historic Durango train, hiking, skiing, and fishing. Watch wild turkeys, deer at night, and feed ducks, geese, and trout (no fishing). Walk, ski, or snowshoe the 1.8-mile loop, or pan for gold in Lightner Creek. No pets, designed for adults. Enjoy a peaceful, special getaway.
