Booked for a week, I had a great stay over here. The host is friendly, always there for me whenever I needed help. The house look the same as what was shown on the pictures. The location within walking distance to a few attractions. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, such as AMASIA and more. Thank you allowing me to stay here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ali qui s'est montré très disponible et de bons conseils. Ses petits déjeuners sont délicieux tout comme les dîners qu'il propose. Le logement est très bien situé, proche du centre (15 min à pieds). Il a fait chaud durant notre séjour et le logement est resté frais, c'est très appréciable. La literie est de très bonne qualité.

Se volete assaporare la vera essenza del Marocco, dovete assolutamente venire in questo favoloso riad, confortevole, suggestivo ed arredato con ottimo gusto. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, la terrazza, le camere e la gentilezza di Ibtissam che ci ha preparato ottime colazioni.

We had an incredible stay in April ‘25 at Riad Modjakech. The Riad itself is spacious and comfortable. It was situated in a quiet part of the old town and good access to the souks and medina. Fatima looked after us very well with a delicious meal when we arrived and a superb breakfast prepared for us on a couple of mornings Mohammed our host was brilliant, very attentive & responsive. He organised our hot air balloon experience which was simply breath-taking. Thank you for an unforgettable few days in Marrakech, we will be back for certain.

Le riad est placé en plein centre de la médina permettant de tout faire à pied. de nombreux restaurant sont accessibles à 5mn a pied. Le riad comporte plusieurs espaces permettant de profiter respectivement de la piscine, d'une cour arborée très calme et d'un toit avec bains de soleil et vue sur les toits. L'équipe du riad a été au top, sympathique, serviable, de bons conseils et a permis une arrivée et un départ sans stress, en sécurité, ce qui est appréciable en famille. L'équipement de la chambre était joli et authentique.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa de Fatiha. Les photos correspondent parfaitement. Fatiha est très réactive dès que nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons pu bénéficier des services de la cuisinière et du transport et ce fut un vrai plus. Merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances absolument parfaite. L’accueil a été exceptionnel, chaleureux et attentionné, et a clairement contribué au succès de notre séjour. Le logement était impeccable, idéalement situé au cœur du souk, ce qui nous a permis de tout faire à pied et de profiter pleinement de l’ambiance locale. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux, variés et servis avec soin. Nous avons également été très bien conseillés, aussi bien en amont de notre arrivée que durant tout notre séjour. Les services proposés ont largement dépassé nos attentes. Un immense merci pour cette belle expérience — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

This was an amazing find. Central Marrakech but slightly off a side street so much quieter than main drag. Felt very safe. The Riad was super with 3 full bed and baths and one partial bathroom on ground floor as well as a private rooftop for dining and lounging.. The House Manager (Fatima) was kind, polite, and wanted us to feel comfortable. Beautifully decorated, A/C worked very well. Breakfast in the Riad each morning (prepared by Fatima) was a luxury as well as a convenience. Strongly recommend using host’s driver as they were able to walk us directly to the front door where we were met by Fatima to show us in, pass the keys and show us around the Riad. Side note… our flight landed after midnight! Host was extremely fast at replying to a few basic questions and provided very clear answers. An amazing experience. Strongly recommend!

Shawn is an excellent host and the apartment is quiet and beautiful. It’s easy to get a bus or taxi nearby and we loved having a quiet place to come back to each day. Everything was comfortable and as/advertised, and Shawn went out of his way to solve a few problems for us. 10/10 recommend.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit prachtige appartement. Het zwembad was heerlijk om in te af te koelen en het uitzicht was adembenemend. De huisbaas was erg gastvrij en stond altijd klaar met tips voor de omgeving. Het appartement zelf was van alle gemakken voorzien en erg schoon. We komen zeker terug!

Very quiet place, no traffic. We didn’t use the pool as too cold in Dec but the pool was constantly cleaned. Garden is nice with hammock and seating. Bed lining was very clean. Two children met us on arrival to pass us the keys and the gardener came out from the house opposite immediately when I asked for parking and check out. Parking inside the gate is doable but pretty tight - small car and good driving recommended. I parked inside once and asked if I could park next door and it was OK, easy parking and close. Wifi works well and we streamed on TV for children. A nice place, only downside would be finding it and parking inside. Best way of finding it would be ask for the address of the school, which is on a main road. Right next to the school, you turn inside on mud track but you arrive in 1-2 minutes. The only park you have to use a mud track was the last 300 meters but Google maps took me to a few km of narrow mud track.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, super Zentral gelegen, nie ein Taxi gebraucht- sehr ruhig und ideal für unsere Reisegruppe gewesen! Kann ich nur empfehlen- Ahmed war ein sehr toller Gastgeber, für diesen Preis mehr bekommen als erwartet🤩

Très bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa, décoration intérieure très belle et colorée, piscine chauffée agréable en cette saison (fin d’hiver), nous avions une gouvernante de 9 à 16h qui faisait le ménage (vaisselle, machine et repassage), Houda et son mari ont été très gentils et réactifs, ils nous ont de plus recommandé de bonnes adresses, merci encore pour tout 😊

Logement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Mélissa répond rapidement aux demandes et si besoin des personnes sont sur place. Emplacement idéal qui donne accès à pieds aux nombreux sites. Commerces, gare, parcs, Medina à proximité. Très bon séjour ! Je recommande l'appartement de Mélissa.

This was a first time in Morocco/Marrakech, but we have lived in the Middle East for a few years. We loved the place. Marrakech is pretty touristy, but the house feels really authentic and comfortable. It is set back one street from one of the main thoroughfares in the souk, so you are within easy walking access of most of the msjor cultural sites, as well as all the bustle of the souk itself. A great place to return to during the heat of the day, either to rest in the cool downstairs or in the shade on the roof terrace. It is not the 5 star luxury which expensive riads will offer (there is one next door but one), but the experience was excellent. The food for our first night and breakfast next morning were just what we wanted. Nothing flashy. We took advantage of the transfer to and from the airport. A bit more expensive, but it took the hassle out of getting to and from the airport. We are very experienced travelers in the Middle East, but navigating the souk is not for beginners!

Myself and 3 friends had a brilliant time staying in the Riad! Absolutely stunning house and had everything we needed. Special mention to Moulay! He offered very useful advise about Marrakesh and went above and beyond for anything we needed. He made our holiday!

Excelent relatively modern apartment close to stores, restaurants and bars in Gueliz and 5m-10min taxi ride to the medina. Located in a quite street in front of a large park provides for quit environment. Very spacious with open living room, dinning room and small kitchen all together. Kitchen small but well equiped and adequate.
