House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

Staying here made our family wedding stay away from home, a very memorable and fun weekend for the whole family. Muvh better than being stuck in a hotel with lots of kids!!

Great location, beautiful home that was very comfortable.

This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay during the weekend of our niece's wedding in Baltimore. The home has plenty of large common areas, dining space, and super comfortable beds - even the queen-size bunk beds on the lower level had high-end mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had 4 additional family members drop in for dinner on our last night there, and it was no problem preparing food for, and serving, 17 people. Everyone was happy with this choice for our accommodations.

Great home best Air BNB we have stayed in. My family of five and our dog had a great time, plenty of room, partial sunset from the hot tub. Beautiful sunsets right up the road. The community has a beach area and piers for fishing crabbing etc... Lonnie was really great she got right back to us with any questions or needs. Annapolis, Naval Academy were really close, lots of great places to eat, marina's everywhere. DC and Baltimore are a 1/2 hour 45 minutes away. Everyone was very friendly being from NY it took a bit to get used to waving at strangers. Went in April the Hot Tub was awesome have to come back when the pool is open. Great place for a family vacation.

We stayed at the house for a family wedding. We had a total of 7 people staying in the house and there was plenty of room and beds for everyone. The house has everything you could need! The backyard is beautiful with a view of the water and access to the water. The host gave clear instructions and made it easy to get into the house! I would definitely stay in the house again and recommend to anyone in the area. The area is beautiful and we found some great seafood restaurants!

The home was definitely one of the nicest ones on the street. You could tell the owners have taken a lot of effort to make it look nice and inviting from the outside. The inside is not fancy and shows some signs of its age in spots but if you’re just looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay it has everything you need and a few nice extras like the coffee and detergent pods, and makeup wipes. The rooms were spacious, beds were very comfy and the neighborhood is quiet. The only cons were that many of the plugs were older so only one bedroom had an outlet I could plug my three prong laptop cord into and it would be nice if they had a bigger comfy sofa in the living room to curl up and watch tv together as a group. There are chairs and a futon that just weren’t that comfortable and the beige one looked a bit dingy. However, overall I would definitely recommend this home and I had a very pleasant stay!

Absolutely amazing house and location!! Our family had an incredible week spent enjoying the property & views, spending time watching the sunsets by the fire, and kayaking around the bay. It's a great spot to teach kids to paddle and our 7 and 9-year old both enjoyed learning on the still waters near the sandy beach. The property and house are both thoughtfully designed and have so many spots to relax, read, watch the birds, and take in the views - made it feel like there was never a reason to leave. We had an incredibly peaceful week and would love to visit again!!

Great place to stay for the Military Bowl! Walking distance to the Naval stadium. Plenty of room to spread out. Wish the weather had been better to spend time on the back deck

The cottage /house was peaceful on the edge of an inlet from the Bay. The patio was lovely. It was chilly so we couldn’t use the kayaks. The kitchen was very well equipped. The dishes, utensils, cookware were quality. The extra cozy blankets were nice. He responded to a request very timely. We enjoyed the stay very much.

This place was a beautiful home that looked like the photos. Plenty of space for my family. Kitchen was well stocked for someone looking to make home cooked meals. Clean and comfortable, with video games for kids. The host responded promptly and clear. If you wish to enjoy the neighborhood beautiful community with a Short walk to the water. Unfortunately the community lacks side walks. I’d give it a 10 out of 10 stay

It was a pleasure staying at Caitlin’s house. We had a large group and the house was large enough that everyone had enough space to make themselves feel comfortable and at home. The house is a short drive to into town. It was very clean and well decorated. It’s the perfect layout for a weekend getaway with a group of friends. Caitlin was an amazing host and made sure that there was enough bedding and towels for all of us. Before we arrived she even sent us different ideas of things to do in town! During our stay she was very responsive to any questions we had. She went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay. I would highly recommend Caitlin’s place for your next Annapolis stay!

It was nice. There was ants in a room and after showers the ceiling began leaking. Few issues but Franco communicated very well. We had a great time despite small issues. Otherwise everything was great and it was spacious

It was very nice staying at Stan's cottage. It's like a tiny oasis in this rapid world of technology, and chaos. Very peaceful, quiet, cozy, and clean. CJ greeted us when we arrived, helped us with our bags, and cut fresh flowers for me when we arrived (super sweet). We got great recommendations for restaurants and take out. And finally, it was a true pleasure spending our last minutes with Stan. We enjoyed hearing about his love of travel and of birding...it would have been nice to stay a little longer...we look forward to hearing "the adventures of Stan" someday soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s home during the Christmas holiday week! Our 4 kids loved having a cozy home to relax in. Mary was super responsive and helpful our entire stay. The beds were so comfortable and the home had everything one could need. We were able to cook easily. The location couldn’t be beat for us visiting family in the DMV area - we found it close to both DC and Baltimore. We won’t hesitate to stay here again in the future when visiting the area! This home was beautiful! All of the glowing five star reviews are so well earned. Mary was the most gracious host, going out of her way to help me have some items there for my youngest son. My in-laws absolutely loved the downstairs master suite. We were there to see some family & every person gushed over how absolutely stunning the home is. Every detail is luxurious & thoughtful. The extra little amenities made the stay so very comfortable. My kids loved running around the large grass surrounding the home & the family appreciated all the nice seating outside to spend time together. It was so peaceful & serene. This home is truly one of a kind. And it will be my first choice to stay in, when we return. Many thanks Mary! ❤️

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Patrick and his co host Kelsey were great. The house was so fun and nicely done. So incredibly close to the docks and Main Street. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a very comfortable stay. The house was spacious, clean, and convenient to BWI, grocery stores, and I-97. It was a really good value in an expensive area. We want to stay here when we’re back in the area.

Steve is a wonderful host. He greeted us warmly and gave us a very thorough tour of the house. He had recommendations for everything local that was of interest to us. He has a beautiful home and a beautiful setting on the water.
