Στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το σαλόνι καθώς και δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το κάθε ένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η σουίτα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, διθέσιο καναπέ και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.
