We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

Old Town Studio is located 50 meters from the beach, in the historical center of Novigrad, which is surrounded by stone walls from the 13th century. The apartment is situated in the authentic Istrian house from the 17th century, which was renovated in 2019. Its excellent location in the hearth of Novigrad old town offer the experience and charm of living in the Mediterranean fisherman’s town. For our guests we offer free private parking 400 meters from the apartment (a reservation is needed).

Apartman u prizemlju privatne kuće s odvojenim ulazom i privatnim parkingom u zatvorenom dvorištu. Apartman se nalazi u mirnom kvartu u neposrednoj blizini centra grada. Plaža, trgovine, restorani, kafići, tržnica, ribarnica, mjenjačnica i znamenitosti su u rasponu od 50 do 500m udaljednosti. It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
