This place is amazing, clean and has the best private beach. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful & informative. Felt extremely safe at all times.

This cottage is in an ideal spot in Key Largo. The amenities here are outstanding - two docks, snorkel gear, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and sailing! Great restaurants are within walking distance, too!

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía, un lugar súper amplio, con piscina, restaurantes, tiki bar, y la playa. Todo en un solo lugar sin duda alguna volveríamos a este lugar.

Posto corrispondente alle foto, facile da raggiungere ed accedere, meglio noleggiare un auto perché le distanze che sulla mappa sembrano minime in realtà sono importanti, ed i taxi si approfittano sempre dei turisti. Comunque ottima posizione nella zona hotelera, a 5 min di auto dai più moderni centri commerciali e 15 minuti dall Aereoporto di Cancun

Cedric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to all our inquiries within moments. He was kind, caring and always helpful. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean and had a spectacular view. Airport transportation was worry free. There was always an endless supply of snacks and various meal options to enjoy. The staff overall are amazing, making your stay wonderful. A few comments that I have regarding the resort are no reflection of Cedric. We paid for wifi service and it was not accessible most of the time. Trying to address the service issues was frustrating. Although we understand the process for evening dinner reservations, doing it every few days rather than every day would be easier. Of course you can always go to the buffets which are great. Beautiful resort to enjoy sunshine, relax time and priceless views. Reserve your experience through Cedric. You won’t be disappointed!

This apartment was well equipped, very clean and perfect for my three day conference. It’s attached to the hotel and all of the amenities such as room service and beach/pool access are available just as for hotel guests. Jorge reached out soon after I arrived to make sure all was well.

We had a wonderful time very clean and perfect all the access to the Atlantis. We went for my husband‘s birthday and we had a wonderful time. I will definitely return. I give it five stars.

This experience was grand & full of spectacular service. The minute you book with Benjamín you are outstandingly well communicated with him until your final moment of the trip. I was mesmerized by the service I had all the way through. You really get all inclusive to the resort and all amenities! I would come back to this stay over & over & I highly recommend it to the world! The place is very luxurious as it shows in the pictures & even more until you get to your room! Braxton was a wonderful host, he is very knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area. I reached out for a reservation last minute with late evening arrival that very same day. I was traveling alone had a high end car rental and it was very important to me to stay in a place that offered safety for both myself and the car rental. Braxton offered that a much more. The property itself was beautiful and staff were very friendly and eager to help. Resort was very well maintained. Braxton’s unit was impeccable, clean and worth every cent. If I were to return to Pompano Beach I wholeheartedly reach out to Braxton to host me again and again! Thank you Braxton !

It felt just like we booked through the actual hotel. The front desk even took my Hilton Honors membership and provided some upgrades. This was a great way to access such a beautiful resort at a reasonable rate and we’d certainly stay with them again.

Fantastic location… walked everywhere! Enjoyed the pool and tiki area and the pathway, trees and foliage just gorgeous. I’m a sucker for a spiral staircase so loved the interior! We had everything we needed.

It was an amazing space. It worked perfect for my get away weekend. It was a little difficult to find the spot because of the lack of signage at the hotel itself but easy to find after locating it the first time. The security/hotel staff were helpful in finding the location. The space was extremely spacious and well kept. It was very comfy and had a lot of amenities. The view is amazing! We had a great time!

We were lucky to have one of the units with an excellent view. Unit was clean and spacious and great location. Pool area and staff excellent so close to the beach Our unit was not available for a couple of days but got sorted out fairly fast. Patricia was very helpful and fast to respond.

Margaritaville was amazing! Our room was upgraded to a two bed/two bath! The presidential room was amazing and the views!! Right outside were two balconies with perfect water front views! We were immediately impressed! Walked outside our building and there was the pool and beach! The resort was perfect for us. We rented a car and drove all over the island and then took a ferry and drove all over St. John’s and we just loved it all! The resort restaurant is just okay but it worked for what we needed. The coffee shop was great with breakfast and coffee. We had a lot of good instructions from previous family who stay and we just had the best time ever!

Hosts were friendly and responded in timely manner. Unit was EXACTLY like pictures. Spic and span. extremely clean. Smelled fresh. Ample space. bathroom and shower were so clean. No oven in unit was the only bummer. located in Margaritaville. the resort is beautiful, the beach is beautiful. staff is very friendly and helpful. Always felt safe. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful resort! Would definitely stay here again. This was an adult trip but there was lots to do for kiddos too.

We have stayed at The Grand Bliss several times before, so we were quite familiar with what to expect in terms of accommodations & resort amenities. Bryan’s description was super accurate! We always enjoy walking on the paths through the resort to get to the beach, pools & restaurants and it’s quite easy to meet your step goal each day - LOL! It’s also fun to take the shuttles provided on golf carts throughout the resort if you need a break from walking or just want to get a different view of the grounds. The staff at the resort are so friendly and attentive. Our favourite pool is the Sanctuary Pool at the Grand Mayan as it is smaller & not as busy as the main pool. It was entertaining the day a large iguana fell from a high tree and belly flopped right into the pool just missing a few people lounging in the shallow area! Watch out for the coatis (raccoon like animals) as they have become quite bold and are not beyond snooping in your bags & stealing your food! We had a great vacation!

I throughly enjoyed my stay. It was very clear, quiet and relaxing. I’m a swimmer so I started my day with a therapeutic swim .

Todo muy bien, la llegada, la habitación, las instalaciones, pasamos unas increibles vacaciones los niños lo disfrutaron al maximo, linda playa y todo el complejo hermoso, muchas areas para caminar y buen ambiente !! Espero regresar pronto
