It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

Ms Jennifer was very responsive. My relatives had to do early check in and she was flexible with it. Thank you 🙂.

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

The place is splendid and convenient. I never felt away from home. It is well furnished and spacious. Even the host is pleasant and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and I highly recommend this place if you're with your friends especially if you're staying for the board exams. I would consider this if I need a place to stay again in the future.

I stayed here for my board exam. The place is very ideal and accessible. The grab drivers and angkas riders can easily find the place. It's near every eating spot. One jeep away from Dapitan and St. Jude. The house is very very clean. The room is very clean and nice and I wasn't expecting that we could really use the whole house. You can use the gas stove, TV, even the books on the shelves which are really good! The comfort room is also very clean. Ma'am Gel was very responsive and so kind. She was very understanding with our needs. The place is very superb and you will surely book this every time you need a transient house in Manila :)

Roderick's house is perfect for a family's stay, its spacious, has an amazing TV in the living room so you can enjoy movies with your kids. Roderick is also a great host with quick and clear communication.

I had a pleasant stay at Nicole's place. Everything is as advertised - clean place, amenities available, nice and responsive staff. Internet connection is okay, may not be the best connection speed if you have to stream for work.

The room was very neat, homey, and worth the price! I rented the room for a month, and the host was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. You’ve got everything you could need, from TV with Netflix to the co-working space (which is very handy if you’re to rent the place for work/school). The place is also a 3 to 5-minute walk from the main road if you travel via commuting. Overall, I had a great stay and experience at the place!

I highly recommend Lee Berna's. I had the restful stay that I needed prior to my training in Vermosa. The room is very clean and tidy. Ma'am Bernadeth is very responsive and warm. Thank you, Ma'am Bernadeth, for helping me in my transportation, and even offering to prepare me food before and after my training. 'Til my next booking!

We always like booking this place everytime we have an event in Marikinq. It is spacious, clean, and the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom is very convenient. Love the amenities and the living area especially.

we felt safe and the place has everything you need for a home. you have your own garage. hope the fridge situation can be addressed as it is partially blocked and we find it challenging to access it.

Coleens place is nice, close to everything you need, a few walk to restaurants, pharmacy and laundromat. We enjoyed our stay plus the free parking which is very important if you have a car. And we felt safe as well. Ate the next door neighbor assisted us if we have questions. Also, Ms. Coleen is very responsive when we had some issue with WIFI. Nice, homey and peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood away from the city bustle. It has enough sleeping areas for a big group or family, has indoor entertainment options like karaoke & boardgames, has an outdoor full kitchen where guests can enjoy cookouts & bbq and street parking is also available. Nadia is friendly, proactive and always reachable. Will gladly book this house again.

I couldn’t thank AJ enough for accommodating me! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and really took the time to understand and deliver what I needed—even with some of my specific requests. His assistance made everything so much easier. Highly recommended!
