Great place and a very responsive and accommodating host. This house is in a great location close to Rathbun Lake and amenities in Centerville. Would recommend for anyone going to the area.

Loved our stay. 2 days there were 13 of us definitely tested the capacity lots of room. My husband and I added a day , he seldom gets summer vacations. Bring blankets especially if people sleeping on couches. More kitchen stocking if doing a lot of cooking. The house was awesome one level especially the game room extra space. Two sleeper sofa’s would work in there. Lots of room for large groups. Fire pit and pool absolutely great. Patio and two doors on the poolside was very useful. I did call Douglas with a few questions, very accommodating and friendly.

This is the third time we have rented the house for our adult children during a visit and everything was perfect. We really appreciate how nice the house is and how well the hosts communicated with us each visit! By far one of the best rentals near the lake!

My friends and I met in town for a reunion weekend and found this house. It was fantastic! Beautiful house, so clean & homey. I hated to even leave. Stuart & Susan were so sweet and so incredibly helpful with suggestions and accommodations! We decided to make this an annual reunion and staying at this house is a must!
