It was so perfect. Hot tub excellent, bbq excellent, beds, so comfortable. It was everything we needed to unwind after a busy tax season. LOVED OUR STAY!

House was clean and welcoming. The views are amazing and the backyard is a paradise. The amenities are much better than most Airbnbs. Todd & crew have thought of everything. Coffee, condiments, disposable plates & cups, even some toiletries in case you forgot your own. Neighborhood is in the north side of town and we did get hit with a few days of very very strong winds (nothing that the host could obviously prevent but something to note). Mitch was super responsive and got the pool and hot tub heated up in a jiffy for us and even suggested the Thursday evening street fair which was awesome. Would highly recommended any property hosted by them and we will definitely come back to stay if we ever make it back!

Melissa's house was the perfect selection for our stay in Riverside! Located in the hills of the city, the scenery was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, there were restaurants, a coffee shop (Arcadia) and grocery store close by & the house itself had everything we needed. Melissa was great to work with and we felt cared for before we even arrived. We will definitely be renting from her again!

Kenia’s home was spectacular! We absolutely loved the backyard…the spa was so nice and hot, the pool very clean (too cold to swim), putt putt area was so much fun. Inside was spacious with a big TV, lots of beds (master very comfortable), fun bunk beds, and a nice culdesac where the home is located. I loved the orange and grapefruit trees as well. Kenia was gracious and friendly! My kids were SO sad to leave. Highly recommend!

My family and I felt just at home! The house is breathtaking, well decorated and it makes you feel just at home! Maria was really good at communicating and really helpful!

SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I had a very pleasurable experience staying at John’s! It’s amazing with a big group of people because there are so many rooms with huge couch space where you can hang out depending on the vibe. The place was basically spotless and was equipped with all the essentials. John was responsive and was so helpful with any requests. Would highly recommend staying here!

OMG what a beautiful home! It was perfectly clean and generously equipped. The master bedroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Exquisite view from the back deck, very relaxing. We will book this home again. It is the nicest place we have ever booked in Big Bear. We have booked in Big Bear several times before, for a bit cheaper, but they weren’t nearly as nice and impressive. Worth the price that was asked. Thank you Bryan. An awesome host. Dog friendly, beautiful home with an amazing view and friendly host. We were warm and comfortable during the storm.

Pleasant stay and responsive host. Plenty of room for me and my 3 teenage kids. Board games were available (Risk is the best!). I’ve read other reviews about the dock being under construction or something, but we found no such issue. We fished off the dock and caught (& released) several blue gill. Recommend small Rapallas with natural colors, trout imitators. They couldn’t resist.

Loved the house—it definitely had that cozy cabin feel. Yuri was very responsive and helpful, and he made sure the utilities were all set up. Enjoyed a relaxing weekend getaway!

My son and I had a wonderful time. We met John, the manager of the property, and his wife Dezi, they made our vacation unforgettable. Extremely kind and friendly people. The best host experience in my 15 year Airbnb history. The condo was quiet for the most part. The bedroom facing the street had car noise, but the rest of it was quiet. It was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed and 1 block away from the village. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks John and Dezi!

Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable and safe. My seven sisters and I get together every four months . We loved this home and we shared our great times and beautiful family memories together. From the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable and very much at home. The pictures on the site and looking around the home was identical spot on. I was just taken back with satisfaction at how beautiful the kitchen was laid out clean fresh no clutter no leftover foods it was just absolutely beautifully displayed. with all the kitchen Furnishings that you would need. The backyard it was small but very quaint and I really got a kick out of the shower in the backyard that was interesting and would have been nice on a warmer day to cool down. The size of the bed the betting the pillows everything was so fresh and comfortable I slept very well. There was nothing I could possibly want or need to ask for it was perfectly furnished everything was clean and smelt so fresh you could tell there's a lot of Pride taken in this Airbnb and I will definitely go back!
