The spacious main house has 3 bedrooms, with a king in the master, a queen in the guest room, and a bunk bed in the children’s rec area. Spa-like master bathroom, full guest bath, and a powder bath. The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

The DawsonHouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.

It is located 5 minutes from historic downtown, SFA, by restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. If traveling for work it is within 5 minutes from several of the industry’s in town.
