It’s serene and how! From the privacy to the food, the villa and the jacuzzi is the property is the place for you and your partner to pamper yourself. Mayank and team was helpful and courteous the second we stepped foot in the rooms.

Just one word, WOW!, the location was exactly like in the pictures, check in was super smooth with a warm welcome, staff on the iskand were the friendliest people ever! I would definitely rebook this.

This place is a hidden gem! There is so much privacy, it's in the desert but still with so much equipment included. Pool is not heated, but the jacuzzi will make up for it. Large place, it's just awesome. The only downside is that there is only one bedroom for two, others have to either share bed in the kids room, or use tents. But this is a minor thing and everything else will make up for it. You can get a camel ride or rent a quad bike for riding the dunes. Special place!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Privatspähre außerordentlich gut genießen. Leider gibt es in der Umgebung nicht viel zu unternehmen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist aber eine kleine Oase in der Wüste.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property is beautifully maintained, offering a serene and private atmosphere that made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Every cottage overlooks a lake, has a dedicated bench and it's beautiful to watch anytime of the day. We were travelling with our dog and loved walking around the property. They have 2 pets and a huge kennel which is used when your pet is out. Pros: The hosts and the caretakers are friendly and responsive. On site all calls made were promptly answered and requests were cared for. Pet friendly Place is super clean - including the balcony area The food is economical and good Cons: This is out of the owners control, but the approach road (a few mtrs) is an unpaved road and already bad. At a few places only one car can pass and you have to be careful not to scrape the sides. Pro Tip: 1. Ensure you adhere to the checkin and check out timings. The approach road is very narrow and you don't want to be driving in when folks are leaving and vice versa. 2. We took the set meal and the portion sizes are large, so assess how much you need and tweak the subsequent orders

The place was very quaint and the backwaters passing by the property was beautiful to have. The kitchen opened up to the view, the property had very thoughtful amenities which actually come to use. It was indeed a rare find. Closeby to all major beaches, it was perfect for us.

words cannot express the awesome time we had ,it felt like home away from home , safe , clean , well equipped, serene and an absolutely up market set up. The caretaker and the host was promt and answered all queries and more than helpful, thanks for the wonderful memories, the kids will never forget it , it's a place to die for when it comes to families with little ones.

I had an opportunity to stay at Rina's place with my wife for a weekend in March 2025. Before the check-in everything was well communicated along with the food options. The Caretaker at property insured on the check-in morning whether everything was as per the plan. On arriving we were warmly welcomed by Kisan and Sopan. Both of them are welcoming. Property is located on the bank of a river and property is quite large with a swimming pool and mediation area. It's quite an peaceful. Rooms are spacious and we loved how the interior was planned. I am an IKEA fan myself so I loved it personally. Food is good. Property being in a village location has an electricity issue which is very common in Karjat but host made sure that we don't have any trouble in our stay. I would highly recommend this place only for such people who are looking for a quite, peaceful and comfortable stay. This place would be amazing in monsoon.

While the post-monsoon season limited my exploration, I still enjoyed the peace and quiet. I read books on the porch, took short walks, and savored the fresh air and scenery. The caretaker's attentiveness ensured every need was met, and the meals, prepared with fresh local ingredients, were a culinary delight. I highly recommend this retreat for a peaceful escape amidst nature's embrace. Plan your visit during winter when the weather is drier and the grass is shorter to fully enjoy the outdoor activities.

Cottage well-suited for two people with a pet. Beach is a 15+ minutes walk, but quite convenient with a vehicle. Clean apartment, well-stocked with basic necessities. Great host - friendly, responsive and extremely accommodating. My husband fell ill on the dates of our booking, but the host was flexible about dates basis their availability. Truly a delight factor! The caretaker was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Overall, great value for money! Definitely recommend.

I stayed in the Tiger Room, a space that exuded bold character and warmth, with earthy textures, statement décor, and an effortless blend of rustic and modern elements. True to Shabnam’s design philosophy, every detail felt intentional—creating an atmosphere that was both immersive and serene. Everything at Peacock Life Living felt deeply personal. Fresh ingredients, sourced daily from the market, were turned into delicious home-style meals by the local staff, adding to the warmth of the experience.

It's an outstanding place, quiet and inviting to relax. The pool is perfect for refreshing. Nature all around! In the morning you hear and see many different bird. The restaurant allows a view to the fields and the river. We will come back again to this place.
