The apartment is very lovely, it is on 5th floor of a 5-floor old stone Soviet-era building. Most of the furniture is restyled vintage furniture except the kitchen/bathroom. There is a bedroom and a second smaller room which one can use as an office space but it also has pretty comfortable bed ("thakhta"). This is my daughter's apartment but we rent it out when she is not in the country. We want to welcome guests who want to feel at home in Yerevan right away, and will be respectful to our home.
