Well furnished and clean. The bed was incredibly comftable and the kitchen had all the tools i could need. The house was a little close to the highway so we heard it in the background a little. But i would definetly stay there again.

Place was very nice especially for the price! I stayed there for a couple of weeks and it was good to come back to it after a long day of work! Was able to cook whatever I wanted with the kitchen and supplied kitchen equipment. Was able to watch TV and play video games with good internet service and it was nice to be able to have my own little studio for a bit. Will consider staying again if need be 😊

it was a great stay here! Had a little issue with the laundry room but Nadine was super responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

So cozy and elegant. Kelsey went above and beyond for me. This space is something I would expect in a fancy hotel. The area has some many things to do with many trails and restaurants.

We had a great stay! We’re a family of four and Caden’s place was the perfect size for our Denver vacation. We have friends who live in the area and this was very convenient to get to them. The beds were very comfortable and the doors separating the primary bedroom (almost like a studio apartment really) from the other bedroom that has the kitchen and living room makes for a good sound barrier when both are closed (in case the kids are loud!).

Place was dope I recommend and would stay here again. The bedroom had a great view of the mountains and tech center. Inside was lit nicely, easy check in, fantastic location. It was clean & supplied, the tv was nice, and parking was never an issue. Cherry creek state park just down the road. It also managed to be a quiet spot nestled inside a busy area which was cool to see. It’s on the 3rd floor which is a pro and con. It meant a great view and I’m young so I didn’t mind the steps just be aware. The walls are a bit thin, a few different times I heard the neighbors using their microwave or their baby making noise but overall it wasn’t bad. The fireplace didn’t work as advertised which was disappointing and there was no workspace either, I just used the countertop which was fine. And the couch! Needs new cushions! The support in the cushions was lacking, could tell it’s been used a bit. Overall I loved my time at this bnb and would book again. Thanks Susie!

Had a wonderful stay here! Family lives nearby so, this location was great to walk. The condo is very clean and comfortable and in a safe area. Communication with Greg and Christine was responsive and friendly. Hoping to return sometime soon.

Ashley’s Perfect Place, was truly the perfect place. She was extremely accommodating as we had landed in early morning & she accommodated for us to check in early! The place was beyond spotless & felt like home. Always a pleasant & comforting atmosphere to return to especially with the winter colds! I would definitely check out Ashley’s Perfect Place as it really is the Perfect Place if you’re visiting the Aurora/Denver area.

Great stay all around! Exactly as pictured and described. Great directions from the host made it very easy to find and access. Perfect for our extended weekend getaway. Cleanliness 10/10. Very peaceful and safe area, nearby walking trails too. Highly recommend!

The apartment was wonderful. We were between moves and the apartment was exactly what we needed. It was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Michael was an excellent host. His responses were timely and he was very flexible with our check in. He even allowed us to stay a few extra days last minute. I highly recommend this apartment.

Greg was amazing! We brought our doggo for a quick couple day trip for a concert! The air bnb was clean and in a very nice area! Plenty of restaurants and things to do! Definitely recommend!

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

Le logement est fidèle aux photos et à la description. La salle de bain est petite, le lavabo plus particulièrement et il n’y a pas de place pour déposer les affaires de bain, nous avons donc utilisé le bureau de la chambre. Il faisait froid quand nous sommes arrivés, comme nous sommes en sous sol il fait toujours plus froid mais l’hôte a été réactive aux demandes pour le chauffage. La communication était fluide et sympathique.

The owner was very responsive and Easy to deal with. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. The Airbnb was clean and comfortable.

Great spot! Wife and I came up for a concert at Fiddler Green amphitheater and this place is located within walking distance from there. The location it self is great, a really nice and clean neighborhood with tons of food and bar options as well as things to do. Parking is easy and open. The pool is perfect, clean and close to the unit. For a couple, this place is well worth the price, especially if you’re staying to attend a show. Enjoyed and will be staying again in the future.

I had a great stay! The place was peaceful and in a convenient location, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. It was very clean and well-kept. The full kitchen was a big plus for me, as I like to cook my own light breakfast. Adi and Tomer were excellent hosts—clear and helpful with their instructions, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay- great communication and flexibility on check in time. Our host communicated with us directly with recommendations in addition to very clear instructions and info from Evolve. It was a chilly (and snowy!) Denver spring weekend and our host let us know we were free to set the heat to our comfort level and we enjoyed using the electric fireplace. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay! 😊

This is a great place very close to the Denver Tech Center and convenient for visiting our grandkids in Greenwood Village. The condo is very comfortable and warm. It feels like a home and we instantly felt comfortable there. The Kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom, with the small desk, was perfect. After just a few minutes my wife and I agreed that we will try to get Nancy's place if we ever need a place in the area again.

This is a great place that is close to everything! One thing to note is that it's very close to a busy highway, so sometimes traffic can be heard when trying to sleep in the front bedroom. Also, the king bed is quite high, so someone shorter can have some difficulty hopping in! But besides those things, a great spot.
