Great place for a family getaway. We had lovely weather however the fire pit was the highlight. We were able to take our pooch which was great however there are no fences, but our boy doesn’t runaway so it was fine for us. Just a note the single bed is probably perfect for a child rather than an adult but suited our needs. Had a fantastic time

A fabulous weekend catching up with friends. The home was sensational and set out with everything needed to enjoy a great night in and a breakfast cook up. The spa was a bonus for those of us who did a charity 30 km walk through the hills in the area. Definitely will be back.

We had a very cozy stay in cabin 8. I was surprised how spotlessly clean the place was! We immediately felt right at home (and appreciated being able to check in early). The massage chair especially was incredible. We saw many kangaroos up close as they ate grass right outside our balcony each morning. I would’ve loved more appropriately sized body wash and shampoo/conditioner as only tiny hotel sized portions were provided.

Hepburn springs and surrounding area are generally expensive but this accommodation was very reasonably priced.Unfortunately most of Hepburn Springs is either up for sale or closed down but Daylesford is only 5 minutes away by car and theres plenty to see or do there.

Such a perfect place to stay, we felt right at home and would highly recommend to others. The quirky retro styling and sweets decor are divine. The space is beautifully clean and well considered. The property is so central and within walking distance to all the shops. We frequently sat out on the veranda, and with the shed door down and all the greenery from the neighbouring trees, it was a lovely peaceful place to be. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay Ellen

We had a lovely time in Ararat, and Stone's Throw was a great base for our travels. The house is clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the bread, muffins and fresh milk waiting for us after a long road trip to get to Ararat. Would definitely recommend Stones Throw Air Bnb.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gerry and Jenni’s place with its homely feel, gorgeous period features and tasteful decor. The spacious dining area with lovely garden view was great, and the kids enjoyed playing in the backyard while we ate outdoors. The beds were super comfy and we appreciated the milk and bread on arrival, thank you!

Beautiful surrounds with kangaroos and emus just over the back fence. very comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped and very clean. recommendations for local sights and places to eat were very helpful.
